    Squirrels in roof.

    Kenneth was professional and easy to talk to. Did good job of preventative maintenance as well for roof vents. One way door exit for squirrels should get rid of the problem moving forward. Thanks.

    Raccoons

    The receptionist said the person going to my house would inspect the attic for damage but this was not done.

    Vent protections installed to keep critters out of attic

    was hearing noises in my attic, the guys inspected and placed traps and installed vent protection. they were very clean in their work , was prompt in arrival . explained what need to be done. an efficient company. cost was reasonable

    Wildlife removal

    Both times Gotcha Wildlife responded quickly. They came toe secure our garden shed to deal with our skunk issue and then came 10 months later to secure our deck as rodents were under it. Their work is excellent and Kenneth was polite and helpful

    Bird Nests

    Great work and very knowledgeable. Removed two nests near roof and fenced the as area off so birds would not return.

    Raccoon Inside the House!

    Sweet little raccoon broke into the house through a skylight in the middle of the night. Called numerous places with "emergency service" options - which to them meant within 24 hours. Gotcha staff were friendly, helpful & realised the urgency. Ken & his crew came on site quickly, followed covid precautions too! And safely, humanely & efficiently removed her. Checked to make sure she was the only one. Secured the skylights. And did it with style & friendly faces. Will definitely keep them in mind for our next encounter with wildlife! Thanks Ken!

    Prompt and Knowledgeable

    Called on a Monday. They were on site vy Wednesday. Did an assessment and remediation all in the same day. Guarantee for 1 year. Will see if it holds up.

    Quick and efficient service

    I called Gotcha Wildlife to get rid of a hornet's nest that was growing at the roof line. The location was high up and a bit of challenge to address. They came within two days and eliminated the problem safely and quickly. They also inspected the house and rest of the property to ensure there were no additional nests. I'll definitely call again if there are pests or problems with wildlife.
