    Mr. Squirrel was safely caught

We previously called Kenneth for some previous squirrel issues, and called him again when we saw some squirrels inside our house. Upon arrival, Kenneth caught Mr. Squirrel quickly with one gloved hand and Mr. Squirrel was unharmed during the process. We were very relieved and couldn't be happier with the process and Kenneth's service. Thank you again Gotcha Wildlife!

    Answer from pro:

We are just as glad as you to have caught Mr. Squirrel safely, and helped him out of your property into the wild again. Thank you for trusting our methods and being a loyal customer. We Gotcha!

    Squirrel nest removal

A squirrel had made itself a cozy nest on my 3rd storey roof between a dormer and gable. Ken replied to my service request promptly and was at my place the next morning. Nest was removed and mesh installed within an hour. He also cleaned out the eavestroughs (for an additional charge). A 3-year guarantee was provided on the work. It was all pretty straightforward, but no complaints.

Thank you Josh. We are so glad that we were able to help you with the problem. Take Care We Gotcha!

    Racoon through roof vent

We heard noises in the attic & noticed one of the roof vents was damaged. Ken from Gotcha came over, inspected the attic & confirmed racoon had nested there. Ken installed 1 way door on the damaged vent. Also installed mesh guards on all existing vents. Ken was very good at his job & knowledgeable. I found their rates less expensive than the other companies I called. In a few days Ken is scheduled to close off the 1 way door that installed. I highly recommend this company.

    Answer from pro:

Hey Crams, Thank you so much for the wonderful review. We are so happy we could help you fix the damage caused by the Racoons. Baby season has arrived so we are glad we were able to get that one way door installed and mesh the guards on the vents. This will all help the racoon move along. Let us know if you need anything else. Take Care We Gotcha!

Securing back bedroom against attempted raccoon invasion

Very pleased. Ken and his companion came in the time window stated, the morning after I called. I was impressed by the fact that they used their big ladder to check the upper floor as well, though we spoke only of coons breaking into the lower floor bedroom roof. They were here for an hour and a half, and reported before they left on exactly what they had done and why--very thorough. Over the years I have had 2 other experiences with raccoons and squirrels breaking in. The estimates for total costs for those jobs by a different company were exceeded both times. So pleased to find a good reliable company now!

You don't need to call anyone else!

A creature came down our fireplace chimney. Ken knew exactly what it would be... A squirrel! He was able to come out even earlier than promised and was very professional in his removal of the varmint. The chimney cap has been reinforced against further entry by animals. Ken, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. All work is guaranteed for three years. Great communication from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

    Removing of squirrel

Hired to remove squirrel problem in roof. Removed cage prematurely without allowing the animal to leave. Squirrel remains in roof/attic/house. Ken does not want to rectify problem, rather be combative and rude. Horrible, worse customer service. I do not recommend his services.

    Answer from pro:

Dear Private customer, Thank you for resubmitting your review and clarifying your experience. As explained to you on the phone, in person and written on the invoice, our service includes the installation of a one-way- door system, that allows the animal to vacate your property and not re-enter through the same point of entry. This one-way-door system is usually left in place for a period of 3-4 days, which is clearly communicated to the customer. We ask the customer to give us a call after that time frame. If they don't it is assumed that the issue has been resolved, and a second visit is scheduled to remove the door system and secure the entry point. We allowed the door to stay for a few more days, then we proceeded to remove the door after a week, since we had not heard from you. Please review your invoice as there is information that was communicated to you by the technician, regarding areas that needed to be secured for future animal entry prevention. On our last phone call, we tried to give you a few options to resolve the problem and all of them were denied by you, based on new charges as the recommended work was already denied on the first visit. In addition, it was suggested that a mice problem could be the issue, as now that the squirrel has vacated and left behind a food source. Regards, Gotcha Wildlife Team
