It was a last minute ask and Yuri was wonderful to speak to. This is a very old piano and they took great care in moving it. No damages and no hidden charges

This piano was extremely heavey and awkward to move. Dated back to the 1920's it was for sentimental reasons to move it and keep it in the family. Uri was totally committed to getting the piano out of the basement where other companies refused or said it could not be done. He and his workers were polite and dedicated to getting the job done without any damage to the premises. They worked hard and although it was a real challenge and took time they were more than reasonable with pricing this job. I am truly grateful that we have our piano for the next generation and would recommend The Canada Movers highly.

Yuri worked for a different company before when he moved me from my big house the first time. That was 2 years ago. He was very sympathetic as I just had gotten divorced. He knew that my house was closing the next day so he offered to help get rid of the junk in the house first thing the following morning. I remembered his kindness. Then time to move again. When I was searching for a mover 2 weeks ago, i went by reviews and I felt comfortable with the review for Canada Movers. I booked them for my move. I was happy to see Yuri, the kind person and happy to hear that he opened his own company. Good for him! He and his partner moved my grand piano and the rest of my furniture last week and as I expected, everything went very well. I even left my keys to them while I had to be somewhere. Yuri is someone you could trust. I am happy to recommend him to everyone who's looking for a quality and the best price.

I contacted TheCanadaMovers to move a small upright piano to my house from its former location. Yuri got back to me right away via e-mail and also texted and called over the next few days to get exact directions and details. He told the cost up front and it was exactly as agreed -- Yuri and his staff were on time for pick up and delivery and efficient and courteous during their visits. I had a very challenging move and this tank was heavy. (Over 300 pounds) These guys were pros and very careful. I couldn't believe that only two guys showed up to move the tank. They were very creative and used a toboggan-like piece of equipment to gently slide the tank down my steps and lifted it vertically to get around a tight corner. I was so nervous about the move and the tank barely fit. A flawless move!

I'd just moved into my new home where the previous owner left behind a very old and heavy piano. Movers that moved me were unwilling and unable to deal with the piano on moving day. A week later, I called Yuri after seeing his ad on another site. We discussed the logistics, then he gave me a quick and accurate quote. I texted him my location, he promptly replied and was at my location within 2hrs. the same day. Within about 20 mins, they were in my house, removed the piano, quietly, efficiently and with no damage to my home. I said to Yuri, "you guys are unbelievable, that was amazing" These guys are true professionals, sensitive to your concerns, prompt and reliable. Highly recommended!

The entire move went very smoothly. The movers were hardworking and efficient. The movers clearly knew how to move a piano carefully and were courteous and polite. Would definitely recommend!

Very professional !!! Very organized and tidy with moving the piano. No difficulties, effortless and very efficient! Very friendly movers and was kind enough to offer to move a few other things that were not included in the service, very accommodating. I also called a the same day with very short notice and they arrived on time! Would definitely refer the service again and again and will keep contact for future moves!
