    Attic insulation, mold removal, improving ventilation.

    We had problem with attic insulation (old fiberglass batts) and bad ventilation what led to growing mold. We called Ecocomfort and next day Arnold was at our house, 20 minutes later we had pdf file with detailed quote(so professional). Next week Ecocomfort team (Tom, Kevin and Jasper) came to do the job. Guys were working so hard to remove the old insulation (the temperature that day was 30C), than treat the attic to kill mold, installing baffles for ventilation and finally to set the new insulation. All the work and after cleaning were done by 4pm. Now sitting in my cool house with thermostat set to 25C and air conditioner working from time to time, I'm smiling, remembering how professional You guys are. Thank You (Arnold, Tom, Kevin, Jasper) so much.

    Gene in Etobicoke

    Greg, Nick and Paul from EcoComfort came today to do the work that was scheduled. They arrived on time and set up, very methodical, efficient and professional. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions especially Greg who went above and beyond when encountering the problematic bath exhaust duct installation. Not withstanding the fact it was a very hot and humid day, even worse in the attic, these guys delivered 100% ! Cleaned up after everything was finished, took before and after photos to show the excellent work. It has been a pleasure to deal with these guys, always good communications from Patrick and Arnold in the office. I can highly recommended them and will easily use them again in future.

    Attic insulaton

    I am happy with the work that Daniel and Kevin did for complere removal of old insulation and new cellulose replacement. They kept the installation process as tidy as possible. Clean up was done with vacuuming on the access points. They also use a blower to clean the driveway. They arrived at 9 and finished around 4pm as scheduled. Kept me informed of the status and let me see the work on different stages. Response from Homestars service request was prompt (but not pushy) and Patrick did a good job in giving me an estimate and explaining the rebate program. Providing a list of energy advisers also expedited the process. Appreciated that. Overall I am very satisfied with the install. Their equipments show that they are serious in getting the job done professionally. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

    Well they did it again!

    We hired Ecocomfort to do our insulation about eight months ago. since then we had a huge storm which ruined our roof and water leaking in to our attic upset half of the insulation that was just done. Calling Patrick and team again they were able to quickly assess and help us once again with our attic insulation. I cannot say enough about this company. They are professional, friendly, knowledgable, on time and helped us once again with our attic and insulation needs.

    Attic Insulation

    This company is trustworthy and did a perfect job for my attic insulation. Price was reasonable and I praise their professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

    Attic Insulation

    Terrific service--from initial consult/quote to installation. The comprehensive work was also completed in an efficient amount of time, well under the initial quote/estimate. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. And thanks to the on-site team for doing their best to clean up post-job.

    Great service for attic insulation

    Excellent from the quick response to my initial call for a quote on attic insulation to having Arnold conduct a thorough inspection and competitive quote to the crew that were here doing the job who were polite, swift, thorough and great clean up. Given photos of the work after, I could not be happier with their professionalism. Highly recommend.

    Attic insulation and mould removal

    must say outs off to Echo comfort insulation and contracting literally from when Patrick arrived to do the quote and consultation I was impressed. I had three other contractors come before echo comfort and none of them gave me the amount of information detailed information that I received from Patrick of Eco comfort. He gave me all the information I needed for the rebates that the government was offering he even had a list of people that could come in and do the Energy audit as soon as he was done talking to me I knew I was going to commit to them for the work that I needed done in my attic I was even more impressed by the professionalism and the work done by the crew that showed up on site from the before and after pictures to the ease of payment do the cleanup absolutely spectacular if you want to be thoroughly impressed higher this company if you want to be disappointed go with somebody else but I will for sure pass on my information to whom ever asks with very very high reviews.     Great service! Recommend to everyone I know!

    Patrick responded to my request for a quote very quickly, and did a thorough inspection of my attic before providing two options. My attic had a mixture of old cellulose (house is 95 years old) and fibreglass batts (haphazardly tossed in a corner of the attic during previous renovations!), resulting in a poorly insulated attic (~R20 per house inspector). Patricks quote was the best I found, and included installing rafter vents and a bathroom duct that was somehow missed in a previous renovation. His team came soon after, rearranged the existing batts and blew in new cellulose to top me up to R60. The team was friendly and quick, and offered to take some pictures so I wouldnt have to crawl up there myself. Im overall very happy with the whole process and the quality of work! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
