I was highly pleased and have already recommended to family and friends about EcoComfort Insulation. After doing exhaustive research on various companies related to the GreenON list of contractors, I settled on EcoComfort. Many of the reasons are: their customer service, no sales pitches or treating me as a sale, how they spoke and treated me like they cared and to look for the best solution for my situation (Attic insulation and loss of heat), and above else...their Homestars Reviews. I had settled down to 3 companies and EcoComfort was top in all my areas. They were $1.2/sq foot compared to others, but what set EcoComfort apart was they installed baffels throughout which was included and pre/post inspection to make me feel comfortable and know what's happening. Wojtek and Patrick were great with handling the appointment and giving me an estimate of the job. They explained this was an estimate and they'll provide a more accurate measurement when they arrive (they are very busy because of the Energy Rebate and when word of mouth spreads of their great work and quality...it's worth the wait). The crew arrived, asked to take a look at the attic, measured outside and did a pre-inspection of the 2nd floor to see if any discolouration, any signs of damage or concerns before they inspect the attic. They noticed some gaps around the air stacks, which they fixed before they started and cleared out any small debris that was left in the past. They showed me the before the insulation and after. Wow...what a difference in the air temp there along with how it looked. They took their time and kept me up to speed on their progress. After completing, I took a look after they completed the attic insulation (R50 or R60 rating) and I was happy and satisfied with their level of work and quality. They vacuumed and cleaned up as it was before they arrived and wrapped up the paperwork for the rebate. The next day, received the invoice and was informed my paperwork has been submitted to GreenOn. A very happy, satisfied and well taken care of customer. Superb service, quality and customer service. I would highly recommend them compared to others as well as a tip for any future renovations or home stuff, always check HomeStars.

The EcoComfot Crew were on time, helpful, courteous, thorough, and efficient at installing additional insulation in my home. Assuming I receive the Government rebate for the work performed, in a timely fashion, then I am 100% satisfied with how EcoComfort performed.

They did a great job. It started with a friendly and honest quote with no upsell. An appointment was then easily booked. The team arrived on-time, were friendly and worked efficiently. My attic is not the easiest to access, but they didn't complain. They showed me before and after photos and it all looked good. I'm very happy with their work.

Just had my attic insulation topped up. Patrick and Chris did a great job, very professional. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to family and friends (already have actually) . Contractors can be hit and miss but have to say this was a very good experience even showed me before and after pictures and allowed me to view the finished install. Hani

Just wanted to say Wojtek was very professional he emailed me back letting me know when he could come by my home to look into my Attic he assessed what work had to be done to insulate my Attic we set up a time and date and his crew came to my home and were very polite. Your crew did an awesome job and the work was completed on time and the crew cleaned up and left the work area clean. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you for your service. Two thumbs up.

Eco Comfort team and company were so professional and helpful with explaining the top up process and what involved in the process. On the day of installation, the team arrived on the agreed time and they did the whole work in a very short time and in a very professional way. Thank you so much I can feel the temperature difference now in the bedrooms, it’s really warm now.

The price charged was fair and the service provided was excellent service. The guys were very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

The crew from Eco-Comfort just came and upgraded my attic with Cellulose Insulation and they did a fantastic job. In fact they also did my sister's house on the same day and she is also very satisfied with their work. The crew is very polite and clean. They take off their shoes at the door, takes the time to explain what they are doing and also looks for any defects in your attic and helps take care of them. I have already recommended their service to my other siblings and won't hesitate to recommend them to friends & co-workers. They did a fantastic job!
