Our experience with WindowRama was GREAT! The cost was low. The product was good and their craftsmanship was great. We had an original window at our house and they replaced that with three double hang windows that are about 6-feet in length. I would recommend WindowRama to anyone. The installation crew was professional, CLEAN (house was left immaculate), installed right the first time. Would use them again, and we will when we replace our storm and entry doors

It turned out really well. It wasn't cheap but it was worth it. We went with WindowRama because the other contractors that we looked at, they were a different brand of windows but after we did our research, the ones with WindowRama were of a better quality. I remember, initially, they were supposed to come either the end of September or the beginning of October and they had to re-schedule because they were a little behind with all their projects.

Hello Paul and Andre, from beginning to end everything went flawless with the business transactions at WindowRama. There are the best person showed up on time, gave reasonable suggestions and offer very fair pricing for the job. They showed up a few days later to take measurements and explained what they planned on doing and how he would do it. A month or so later the installer came out and completed the job as expected. Thank you so much guys for the great assistance!

I am working at a very tight budget until I found the website of WindowRama. I spoke with Paul and further discuss the details of the project. They initiated a site survey and on the next day we agreed with the installation. The windows and blinds looks great and the job were done according to their estimated schedule. They promptly addressed and small items we had on the punch list, and left the yard clean. They also checked the new siding and new windows to make sure they fit perfectly. I recently called them back to make some changes to the deck as we are adding a patio. Everything went smooth and it was all in order. Thank you WindowRama for the great service!

I contacted WindowRama especially Paul for an estimate the first week of May. I received several other estimates and decided to go with WindowRama. They had a great quote for replacing and installing 10 new windows (6-bedroom, 1 bathroom, 3 basement one with dryer vent). I made a deposit on the 2nd day of May and the installation has been scheduled after 2 days. It was a quick transaction and everything went smoothly.

One of the best Windows Installer in Toronto. The contractors arrived promptly on time at 7:30 am and went straight to work. They replaced all 10 windows by 12:30 pm. They cleaned up each room once they finished the work. They were quick and friendly. I would recommend and use WindowRama services again. Fantastic contractor! Their work is excellent. The window installation in my place went as smooth as advertised. The techs were on time, the office called prior to their arrival and they extremely informative, courteous and very knowledgeable. Regarding quality, they took care of some special requests since the new windows are a bit expensive. They were in constant contact with us regarding when they would be here, what was happening, and our satisfaction with their services. This is definitely not a mom and pop company who will be gone tomorrow if you need anything. Paul and Andre are friendly and professional. They clearly take pride in doing a good job and leaving you with a finished product. We are about to hire WindowRama again to replace the old windows from our master bedroom.

The window technicians arrived within the time window provided. They walked me through their findings and made reasonable recommendations. They installed new windows for our master bedroom and they also examined other stuffs in my place like heaters and noticed there was a moderate amount of rust, so replacement was recommended. While to some this may seem like an upsell, I took it as being extra thorough, as it meant they examined all aspects of my windows and took note of potential problems in my future. The service went better than expected. I appreciate their professionalism and expertise. I would highly recommend their company for any or your service needs. Overall, an excellent experience. I have been a happy WindowRama customer for 2 years and will continue to give them my business. Thank you Andre for the wonderful service too!

From the beginning it was a great experience. I spoke with the owner on the phone during our first contact and scheduled a measurement that occurred the same week. The windows were delivered and installed on their scheduled delivery date and we hardly noticed the installer was even there. Everyone involved thorughout the process from the salesman to the installers were very polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. They were very knowledgable and responsive to all of our questions and we had a lot. For the service they provide to the quality of work and lifetime warranty with their products their prices couldn't be beat. Thank you windowrama and the whole team.

The service I received from Windowrama was amazing. From the first time I called them to the installation of my replacement windows, I was impressed with every aspect of the process. The salesman was extremely helpful, answering all of my questions (there were a lot), and making sure I understood the lifetime warranty. The installers were prompt and friendly and did a great job. I love my new windows and I got a great price!
