Andre from Windowrama arrived and quickly assessed the two windows needing replacement. He recommended the best product for the job and explained in detail the process and the cost. His then called as promised a couple of days before to schedule a time to come for the installation. His crew arrived on time and went straight to work, the living room window is a huge three panel window but Ben and his colleague had it out in about 20 minutes. After carefully preparing the area the new window was in and fixed in about 30 minutes later. Ben is obviously a very professionally tradesmen. He is neat, takes special care in perpetration and extremely tidy in cleaning up the site. The new windows are beautiful and certainly add visual as well as financial value to our home. We give Andre, Ben and the whole team 10 stars for the quality of work and their friendly/ professional work.

The experience was outstanding. Got 4 estimates for replacement windows. Windowrama was the obvious choice for me after meeting with the other providers and reviewing comment on Homestars. Everything went well from removal of the old windows through the installation of the new ones. I have been extremely happy with the new windows. I would not hesitate to use Windowrama again.

The new windows were installed about 1 month after Alexy gave the installation quote. It took 1 & 1/2 days for the window replacements for entire house. The new windows and window trim look great and the house is much quieter and electric bill is down. The wood trim replacement was done after the March rains had subsided. There were a few areas of rotting wood under the gutter corners and near the roof that were replaced and caulked. The entire house was then painted. It all makes the house look so much newer and the people working for Alexy were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Windowrama to anyone and use them again.

Garry provided a free estimate to replace 3 doors in our home. Doors that were mostly glass paned. He was punctual, professional and recommended the best product for our needs. The price was fair. He offered a quality product with an excellent warranty. We had Garry and the Windowrama team install all new windows in our home a few years ago. We knew his product and workmanship would be excellent so there was no hesitation in calling him again! Danny led the crew! They did an excellent job with the installation, building new thresholds and the clean up. Everything looks great, functions properly and we know the product will last and over time provide better energy efficiency than our old doors. They were respectful of our home and our time. They worked to get the job done as quickly as possible while paying close attention to detail. Garry even stopped by to make sure all was going well! That says a lot about a company when the owner stays involved until the job is finished! We would recommend Windowrama for any work they perform. They are experts in what they do! They provide quality products, superb workmanship, excellent prices and impeccable customer service!

We discovered that we had two bay windows (3 single windows in each bay) plus 3 other single windows that had significant rotting in the sash and the frames. Windowrama was one of about 6 firms that gave us a written estimate. We were surprised that all but Windowrama wanted to do complete window replacements. One of the windows has an arched window and everyone else told us that it would have to be replaced because it was part of the entire window frame. Needless to say, Alexy from Windowrama told us otherwise and explained in detail how the work would be done and with confidence. Even though Alexy was not the lowest he displayed the most confidence that he could do the work and in a timely manner. He should up on time for our meetings and his guys did the same. They were careful, clean, and keep us informed as what they would be doing during the time they were there. I would highly recommend them and I will happily call them again.

Alexy was very professional and delivered everything as promised. Quoted a price on the initial appointment and followed it up in writing, via e-mail, that same day. When we decided to order the windows he said it would be approximately 30 days and the windows were delivered as promised in that time period. Installation was very smooth with no disturbance to the interior trim. Windows look great and I especially like the maintenance free exterior trim that is used. Prices were reasonable and quality of work exceeded expectations.

I had a rental property that I had new windows installed by Windowrama, so I called Garry, at Windowrama to give me a quote, since he took care of me the last time. He came down and gave me a great quote, with a great discount. I requested Mike and Alexy, the installers I had last time to come back out and install the windows, since they did such a great job the last time. They did a great job on this property too! If I ever need anything else done on my home, I know who to call.

Andre, the owner, was very professional, friendly and patient with my wife and myself as it took three separate visits to define the work to be performed. We kept adding to the job a door at a time. Andre made sure that we understood the lead times involved in ordering the custom windows and doors. He estimated that the work would take a day and a half to complete once all the windows and doors were received. Andres installation team arrived on time on the scheduled installation day and went right to work. These two guys were a wonder to watch as they worked together and orchestrated the work in a manner that left little, if any, wasted time. They removed the existing doors and windows and installed the new doors and windows in a single day. That was great but the best part was that when they left, you could not tell that they had ever been there. And I mean it! We had had the inside of the house painted within the last few months and I had brought up stored paint to do touchups that I was sure would be necessary due to the removal of the old doors and windows. The paint cans were never opened and are back down in the basement. I completely recommend Windowrama and plan to use them again in the future to replace our remaining windows.

This is the second time I've used Windowrama. Previous year, I had them replace the 4 worst windows in our house. This time, I had them replace the next 6 worse which is the living room. Used to be able to feel the difference just walking in the room. Now with the new windows, that room is actually a little warmer than other rooms. I had one of the vents shut now to even on the temp with the rest of the house. Guys showed up before 8 and setup outside, then got to work right away. Took a break for lunch and had the windows completed in 6 hours. Not bad considering the largest of the windows was near the top of the vaulted ceiling and it was in the - 10 outside. Dont' be afraid to get windows replaced in winter. Yes, it was cold while they removed the 3 front windows, but that only last for 1-2 hours and I was able to go upstairs in a bedroom and stay warm until the new windows were installed. The cleanup efforts were good. They brought their own vacuum cleaner and even outside they put down covers. Excellent work just like the first time around. We'll continue to use them until all our 20 year old windows are replaced.

We can't say enough about how great their service was from start to finish. Our house is over 40 years old and was in desperate need of new windows. Andre was 1 of 5 different quotes that we got. The price, warranty, quality and professionalism was unmatched. That's why we ended up going with them. Andre was straight up with us about the pricing and quality. He provided us with all the information we needed to make the right decision. Once we placed the order with Windowrama we were informed of every step in the process in a timely manner and everything was installed as discussed. The crew was very efficient, clean and friendly. Even though it was raining for a few days that they planned to install the windows, they kept themselves busy by working out of the garage and completing what they could until the weather cleared. Overall, we were very satisfied with the process and have already recommended them to a few of our friends. We won't hesitate to call these guys again if we ever need doors/windows done.
