Awesome! Andre came out and provided an on the spot estimate which was significantly better than any other estimate I received. Windows were ordered and arrived within the 30 days we were told it would take. When it came time to install, Jimmy and Garry did a great job despite the fact that the windows being replaced were original and proved to be a bit of a challenge in removal. They answered my many questions and took care to provide "extras" to make sure we were happy. Once everything was done Andre stopped by to make sure we were satisfied. The windows and shutters look great. They have definitely given a face lift to our home. And they work beautifully. We are especially enjoying the security features as well as the ventilation that these windows provide. From start to finish this was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Windowrama and only regret that I didn't do this sooner.

I called around looking for the best company with the best price and the best quality. After having 7 different window and door companies out to my home I decided to go with Windowrama. They windows are great and better quality from what I saw in the presentations from other window companies. I also like the fact that at Windowrama, they didn't try to sell me, they told me to take my time and do my research and call them when I was ready. They came out to replace all my windows and door around 9:00am. I could not wait to get my new windows! The installers were great and very nice guys. They cleaned up after their selves which made me happy that I didn't have to clean up after them once they were finished. They made sure to take care of every detail right down to the trim. My house looks completely different and I've noticed a difference on my energy bills too this winter, so I can't wait to see how well they do in the summer. I purchased my windows with low e and argon, from my research it makes a big difference. My hat is off to Windowrama and I'm so glad I did my homework!!

We really appreciated working with Andre and his crew. Andre was great; he did a thorough walk-through and gave us a good price. We had been undecided about replacing the door, but the price was good enough that we decided to go for it. Glad we did because we love it! The guys came to replace the door and the trim where wood was rotted. Todd and Alexy were prompt, quick, and professional. We asked a lot of questions since we had a some concerns about what needed to be replaced and what didn't, and they were great at answering them. When they were done, I asked Todd to walk around the house with me and we noticed that another piece needed to be replaced and he did it immediately. Our experience was the same with the painters. Roger double-checked the wood as they painted to make sure no rot was missed, and the crew was quick, completing the house in two days. In our experience, Andre and his teams understand customer service, not just window and door installation. We're not very experienced when it comes to exterior home repair, and they took the time to make sure we understood what was needed and that we were satisfied at every turn.

FANTASTIC!! I could not be more pleased. From start to finish, the professionalism, expertise, concern of customer needs and attention to details never stopped. I had already had one person come in, look at the window and tell me he could fix it. Then never heard from him again. When you're trying to sell your home and need a window fixed, having someone make an empty promise just is not an option. Windowrama came in and saved the day. I honestly thought the initial visit would just be a "Yes/No I can/can't do this." with arrangements being made later. Not only were measurements taken and a confirmation that the job could be done provided, but I was given information, options, an estimate and the order was placed on the spot. Todd even informed me of how to obtain a $200 coupon to help keep the price down! And it doesn't end there. The window had to be made so it did take a little time before it was installed. However, when it was ready, I didn't have to go searching them out. They kept me informed, called and set up an appointment and SHOWED UP.....ON TIME!! In, what I have decided is Windowrama Fashion, Jay and Mike knowledgeably, expertly and professionally replaced my window. And if they had any issues with me hanging around, watching their every move and asking questions, they certainly didn't show it. Once the window was installed, they recognized that it didn't quite fit in with the look of the older windows so made a few alterations, without having to be asked and without additional cost. The new window looks fantastic and fits in very nicely with it's older surroundings. I know exactly who I will call for all my window needs. Thank you!!!

I originally contracted with another company and paid the deposit. That company also had a high rating on Homestars. He made promises for months and kept postponing the job month after month with no work being done. Eventually I gave up and got my deposit back. Do your homework before you sign a contract even if they are highly rated on Homestars. I immediately contacted Alexy and got the ball rolling. We signed the contract and he installed them in two weeks. What impressed me the most was his punctuality and discipline. There were a couple of minor issues and he corrected them quickly. It has been more than three months after installation and we have not experienced any issue so far. By the way, the windows have life time warranty. On a related notes, Alexy also replaced a patio door for me about three years ago. Unfortunately, all seals failed on that installation. I called him and even though it was more than two years and outside of labor warranty, he replaced them all with no charge to me. I think he takes pride in standing behind his work even if it is outside of the warranty period. You will not be disappointed!

The entire experience was excellent! Some of our windows had been replaced by a previous home owner and we needed to update the remainder. We reached out to 4 different companies - Windowrama was priced very competitively. We really appreciated the personal attention we recieved from Alexy - no high pressure sales pitch - just straight forward information. He gave us several local examples of the company's work which we could see for ourselves. He recognized the windows installed previously and was able to match up with them. We did make some changes to our order, which were incorporated right away. The order came in quickly and the installation was scheduled within three weeks of our original meeting. The windows were installed without a hitch and our home was kept clean throughout the process. The old materials were removed - no hassles with disposal. Alexy kept in contact with us and we knew each day what to expect - a nice touch since we could plan for our pets, too! Now that our windows are in place, I've noticed our furnace runs less and our house is much quieter. Thanks for the great work!

We couldn't be more pleased. Our house is over 20 years old and we were overdue for upgrading the windows and front door. Todd gave us a VERY competitive estimate--other firms were either significantly more expensive, offering fewer services, or using lower-quality windows. Unlike some of the other companies who bid on the work, Todd didn't flinch when he saw the octagonal windows we needed for our bedroom--others flat-out stated they couldn't replace them. We took this as a red flag for company know-how. We were impressed from the beginning. Todd's team is all business when they're on the job, and their experience showed. The work itself took a couple of weeks, but went smoothly and uneventfully. Our house looks beautiful now. The surprise, though, is in the comfort we've enjoyed indoors now that cold weather's arrived. Our bedroom is above the garage, and we had always assumed that it was going to be colder no matter what. Wrong! The new master bedroom windows (two double hung windows, and three octagonals) have made a huge difference, and our bedroom's never been more comfortable in wintertime. I had a great experience with Alexy and his crew. Alexy came out and provided an estimate to replace my home's original windows and took all measurements himself. His estimate was very competitive, and he was responsive in answering my questions. His crew did an excellent job installing the windows and cleaned up after they were done. Alexy stopped by during the installation and also called after the project was completed to ensure that I was satisfied. There was a slight delay in getting three of the windows from the manufacturer, but he made it right. The crew even made a special trip back in order to reinstall my shutters so that they could paint the hardware to match. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and would hire Windowrama again.

Windowrama came out and gave us an estimate for changing out an existing window when no one else would give us one for a single window install. Everyone else said it would not be worth their time. We also took advantage of a coupon they were offering in their flyer. Everything went like clockwork. The workers actually showed up a little early and got to work right away. They pulled out the old window that was probably the original in our house and had the new window installed in around 2 hours. They also offered to make a metal frame to go over the wood frame around the new window. The window looked gorgeous when the workers were done. My wife noticed a few almost unnoticeable spots and mentioned it to the salesperson. The workers came back out the next day and fixed them immediately. My wife and I were very impressed with the quality of workmanship, punctuality, their prices and professionalism. We are planning on using their services again in the near future.

I was not home at the time of the estimate because I was so sure I would not see anyone on time of the estimate due to it being a Saturday. I was pulling into my driveway at the exact time scheduled for my estimate, while a very nice looking car was pulling out! I was in a panic thinking I was going to miss my appointment and the company would not receive my calls or come back again! I ran into the house and began frantically looking for the phone number of the office, praying I would get in touch with whoever was at my house before they wrote me as a no call no show... Then the phone rang and it was the owner himself asking if he had the correct house! I said it was me and my kids trying to flag him down as he was leaving my drive! He came back and was not at all mad and impatient while I explain what I needed for my door replacement. He carefully listened and showed me a few great sample. 2 weeks later my door was installed.
