I emailed Jesse to clean our eaves. He got in touch quickly and we set up a time to get the work done. He came as scheduled and got the job done without any issues. Prompt and polite service.

I was having a back yard awning installed, and needed two downspouts redirected so that the awning could extend the full width of the back wall. I contacted 3 of the top rated Toronto eavestrough companies on HomeStars. None of them were interested in helping me. I had to listen to a few mealy-mouthed excuses about needing too many elbows. One 10/10 rated company responded with this gem: "We’re going to pass. Good luck." Then I contacted Foxtrough. Jesse took the time to think about my request, and suggest an alternative solution that solved my issue, was prudent, and aesthetically pleasing. He also did all of the things we wish all contractors would do - he communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the job exactly as he said he would do, and sent a bill that matched his quote. What more could you ask for?

I had leaks in my eavestroughs which I had tried to get fixed three times by another company (and then gave up). Jesse came out and assessed the problem, fixed the issues caused by the other incompetent company and notified me of other problems that also needed to be addressed. His work didn't leak! I'm so happy. Thanks Jesse. Calling you again next year for cleaning and maintenance.

I contacted Foxtrough about a small but very customized job to install some eaves on our front porch overhang. Jesse was very prompt and professional. He did a great job and he's a nice guy as well. It was a great experience and I can totally recommend Foxtrough.

Foxtrough responded quickly to my query, requested photos, and gave a very reasonable quote. On the day, Jesse arrived within the agreed-upon window, assessed the situation, and adapted to our challenging situation easily. He invited me into the process by showing me the new parts needed to fix the eavestrough and demonstrating their function. He completed the job in short order, even improving the draining function of the eavestrough by raising it slightly on one end. I'm very satisfied with the work, and would recommend Foxtrough to our neighbours.
