Install laminate floor: Replacement; 1000 sq ft
I recently hired Mike to replace the carpet with flooring throughout my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, he was always responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to accommodate everything I asked for and made sure the finished product matched exactly what I had in mind. His attention to detail really stood out, and it shows in the quality of his work. He never cut corners, took pride in the job, and made sure everything was done properly. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the level of craftsmanship and service he provided. I highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor. I'll definitely be hiring him again for my next renovation project next year.

Carpentry framing: Addition onto an existing home, Interior framing...
Mike was fantastic! Quick, efficient, and did an excellent job. He also made some suggestions and provided expertise to make the plans I had work better for the space. Would definitely recommend and hire him again.

Drywall: Apply; 4 rooms
I hired him after seeing the positive reviews he had received, and his pricing was also reasonable. I'm really glad I went with him. He did a great job with the drywall work, including taping, mudding, and sanding. The finish turned out very well. Because I was happy with how the drywall turned out, I ended up hiring him for additional work as well, including flooring, baseboards, and installing doors. Throughout the project he was honest, hardworking, and easy to deal with. He showed up when he said he would and kept things moving along. He was also very helpful throughout the process and shared contact information for an electrician and a plumber he works with, who were both able to help with parts of the project as well. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and good work!

Showed up on schedule, kept me informed, completed job on schedule and budget, worked around my framing peculiarities, and cleaned up. Very workmanlike. Highly recommend.

Trim and decorative moldings: New installation; 4 rooms
Mike did a fantastic job, providing insight on the site and making adjustments on the fly resulting in my baseboards, trim and doors looking awesome.

Mike was exceptional with his experience on this job. I was under a tight deadline so he came evenings, weekends, daytime, just to try and meet my deadline as this job required drying time, etc. His quality of work is outstanding. He is precise, punctual, detailed, and extremely economical for the work he provided. He also had a network of contacts to help me with other jobs such as electric, plumbing, etc. Also were outstanding. I would hire him for any jobs going forward.

Flood Replacement of Drywall
We have had Mike come in for previous renovations and were so happy with his work. So when we had a flood and needed drywall replaced throughout the entire basement, we knew who we would call. Mike responded and communicated so well. His work was done beautifully. He got the work done in a very timely fashion and we are so pleased with the results. Bonus points for being a great guy too. Thanks Mike!

Basement renovation
I can't say enough good things about Plaster and Drywall Solutions. We hired Mike to install drywall in our basement. In addition to the drywall he did a couple other things we asked him to do. He communicates better than any contractor I've used and I've used quite a few! He let me know when he was coming and going and was always on time and respectful of the fact that I work from home. The price was fair and the work was done meticulously. We will definitely hire Mike again as the renovation of the basement moves along. Thanks Mike!
