Our upstairs (guest toilet, bath & laundry) was clogged the day after July. I originally called another plumber referred by a friend, no answer. I found Plumber On Demand on Google. They were able to come out the same day. Their gentleman quickly diagnosed that it was a mainline pipe clog. He gave us a detailed quote & was able to fix the issue the same day. The entire team from Plumber On Demand was very professional. I called at 10:45 am and they were onsite at 2:45 pm on a Saturday. Drain clean-out completed within 60 minutes. The tech who came to my house was professional, mature, and very thorough. Will use them again and would highly recommend them for any emergency cleanup/drain situation

Professional and honest. They weren't able to clear one of my drains due to the pipe being broken from roots, which was a bummer. But they communicated with me on the timing of when they would show up, they worked hard and knew what they were doing and their equipment seemed high quality. I will use them again if needed in the future.
