They wouldn't give me a quote online (I should have known better) then told me $400 when the guy got there. He didn't clear the drain, used a manual snake, and left me a huge mess of water on the floor. I had another company come and they cleared up the blocked drain in no time, left the place clean and I paid 1/2 of what I paid this so-call plumbing company. I called and tried to have a conversation about it but Martin was verbally aggressive and hung up on me. They have very good Google reviews, but if you look at them they are from people not in Toronto - they have purchased fake reviews. I don't like writing bad reviews - I know everyone has an off day, but these guys are dishonest. Avoid!!!

George arrived within 90 mins, “cleared the drain” and within 8 hours the sink was clogged again. When I called both Martin the owner and George hung up on me & refused to speak to me. They refused to speak to me and even acknowledge and rectify the situation. Buyer beware!!! Never again.

The plumber was 4 hours late. He overcharges for a dishwasher installation, I found out later when I called another plumber. He failed to install the dishwasher and blamed it on the size of our space. But it fit the previous dishwasher! He fit the pipes wrong so he didn't finish the job. He actually convinced us we bought a dishwasher too big, so we paid him for his services. But they are all standard sizes and after undoing his work, we installed it ourselves. We are asking for a refund but they blocked our number after asking to talk to a supervisor/manager. We are talking with the Better Business Bureau to deal with this.

I represent a condo board. An owner from our complex contacted this company to diagnose a problem. The end cost was $1160 + tax. This included a call out fee, drain snake, and a camera, all of which is unclear what costs what. The owner is elderly and speaks english as a second language. The services rendered were not itemized and it is not clear what the actual call out fee is or what each of the services costed. The toilet was removed, was snaked, and then a camera was run. The plumber identified the problem after the charge of $1160. To my knowledge there was some blockage which was cleared by the snake. The plumber did run a camera, however, the images provided aren't clear and you can't really see what the issue is. This pipe was supposedly disconnected with the gap - this was not fixed. The plumber did not replace the toilet and this was the end of the service. I am of the opinion that the plumber took advantage of the situation and of the fact that the owner was elderly and did not speak english as a first langauge. To add to this, when I contacted the company, George and Mark were both rude and argumentative, when I was trying to find out what exactly happened. Long story short, Dont use them, unless you want to get ripped off. If you look at all their reviews, many are suspect as they are all from people from montanna in the US.

Not trust worthy conpany there workmanship is poor.Never finish the job ask you to pay $600 for $40 part and never give them any deposit until they funish the job cz ones you give them deposit they are gone never return. My advice stay away from this company.

Opened up my shower, tried to sell me an $80 part for $150, wanted to charge $480 for a 30 minute job. Refused to provide invoice or written quote. Worst plumber ever!

I requested a quote to fix the smell coming from my drain. Service person (George) suggested to snake 3 drains and toilet, for $930. I asked for a written quote, but could not get one. Service guy refused to write a quote. Paid $45 for the visit and called another plumber. Do not use this firm. Terrible customer service, and unwilling to write a proper quote.

I needed a waterline connected to a new refrigerators and called plumber on demand. The plumber installed the line but it started leaking an hour after he left. I called them back and they said the plumber would come the next day and fix the problem for free. The next morning the plumber called and said he'd been instructed to charge me a call out fee. I called head office 4 times and each time they said a supervisor would call me (and never did). No one ever called me back and no one came out to fix the problem. In the end I replaced everything myself with a bit of YouTube help and at a cost of around $10. Extremely disappointed that plumber on demand wouldn't even call me back and I couldn't even get to speak with a manager or supervisor, and did such a poor job to begin with (which cost me $186 for 10 mins work).

Had to find a plumber relatively quickly...made the mistake of not finding these dishonest business ppl. on Homestars. I usually do..instead, found them with a lot of stars on general google. Not sure how ?? Regardless, this business is a licence to print money ! Almost $ 400 to snake a sink ? Really ??? Never again. They make it seem good by saying they will deduct the truck charge..Not a noteworthy company !

This company took advantage of my mother who is struggling with dementia. The initial quote of $2500 went over $10000 in a short time. It was a nightmare experience with them. When we tried to have the unvouce explained to us , they got very angry. We paid them to get them to leave. We will be suing them for sure.
