I have installed the efficient AC unit, I am also very pleased with the service, the mechnic was very thorough and patient, his work was detailed and I have not found any problem with the AC.

Do not deal with this company! Beware! Unprofessional installation. Brand new furnace with problems after just one year of installation. A/C needed to be replaced just after 4 years. Problems after just 3 years of installation. Thud company never answers calls or emails. You asked yourself a question: why not? Because they know their service is garbage. If they rip you off, you were warned already. Are they licensed HVAC technicians? Who knows! Beware!

The company is good, but the furnace installer is very bad. The installation site was messy and unprofessional. His attitude was very bad and he always blamed his boss for excuse. After opening the box, he put all the spare parts in his bag. he doesn't care about your property. Some things were damaged during the installation process. I heard his colleague call him "John". Please contact the company to see if the installer is John, if so, please say "NO". I don’t know why they use John to damage the company’s reputation.

The salesman gave me a very good price and excellent service. I tried lots of other companies however, they weren't good enough. I finally found star energy and i was then satisfied. very good installation and helped me get government rebate.

Peter installed a new furnace and AC unit into my mom's house. It was a fantastic job at a fantastic price. Professional installation, no mess. My mom is very happy.

Their technician is superb. Job was done flawless. He worked till 8pm. He even replaced some of my rusty vent tunnel. I have been running on new furnace for about a month. Everything is great so far.

My furnace was broken two days before Christmas. I have called a couple of companies. Only Peter Han was willing to help. They came the next day. He worked In -20 degree weather. Thank you for putting your customer first. Great service.

Mr Han recommended Goodman 2 ton AC, Keeprite 2 stage furnace, and attic insulation. The new system is very efficient that it brings down the temperature much quicker than my old engine. The technicians are very professional and supportive! I want to THANK YOU all!!
