We just moved into a new house in Alta Vista and had Jeff from Fence One install a fence around our pool. Everything about the process, from our first contact with Jeff to arranging a date for the installation to the fence itself, was great. The final price was exactly what Jeff had estimated and he gave us some good ideas for what would work best at our house. A great team of professionals who are dedicated to providing top quality products and superior service. They understand how to build a fence that will withstand Ottawa's climate extremes. They have the equipment to make sure the job is done right the first time. They are flexible, easy to contact and responsive. They showed up when they said they would, they built the fence exactly as we wanted, no surprises or hidden costs for "hitting rock", and, when they were done, cleaned up the work-site and left our yard in pristine condition. Couldn't have asked for anything better. We've already recommended them to our neighbours.

An excellent job! A high quality of workmanship combined with an in-depth knowledge of fencing and the pros and cons of various options for construction and wood choice. They responded promptly to requests for information and estimates. They arrived promptly on the arranged date for both the removal of the old fence/installation of the new posts as well as the construction of the fence panels. They worked efficiently and cleanly. The price quoted was the price we paid. They are a small company and one or both owners worked on site at all times. They take pride in the quality of their work and display a professional attitude. They were a pleasure to do business with and we highly recommend them.
