Mini Kitchen Reno
Ronnie and Mo are awesome! They installed new countertops, sink/faucet, and adjusted our cupboards so we can install a dishwasher. They completed our mini kitchen reno within a week, thoroughly and thoughtfully. This is our first reno of any type in our new (built in the 30s) home and they responded to all inquiries and hesitations we had about renovating our old kitchen on our limited budget. So glad we went with them! Our kitchen looks so much better! 10/10, would recommend Ronnie and Mo!

Basement finishing
Ronnie and Mo were very accommodative till the finishing of the basement, and beyond that even when I messaged them for any inquiries regarding the work done. Quality work, we have already had compliments from our friends. Competitive pricing.

Basement Kitchen, Laundry and Entryway
Ronnie and Mo were a pleasure to work with. They did the job in a reasonable time frame and were the only contractors to recommend a solution for my basement entry way. Our old entry was old and erroded from water damage and the concrete steps were completely sunk in. They redid the steps and created an exterior entry that would be sheltered from future snow and rain. They redid the kitchen, repainted the basement and updated all the tile work. They also put together a separate laundry in the basement that is only accessible to the main house. Overall I was happy with their work and would recommend their services again.

Basement Renovation
Ronnie and Mo assisted us on a basement renovation. It was a big project that included adding a new washroom, creating a laundry room and new flooring throughout. The guys were great and clearly know how to work in basements. Overall the project went very well and we are really happy.

Riverdale Renovation
We connected with Mo and Ronnie through Homestars and they were amazing. We had just bought a 100 year old house that needed some serious attention. Mo and Ronnie helped us imagine enlarging the second floor washroom and completely renovating it. Roman worked on site a lot and was fantastic. The project was completed on time and on budget and we were thrilled with end result. Definitely give these guys a call for any projects. They are extremely good at communication during the project and very respectful of any and all decisions you make.

Outstanding work
Ronnie and Mo were recommended by our realtor to help out with small fix ups prior to putting our home on the market. They were extremely kind, professional and responsive to phone calls and messages. They were also able to set up an appointment promptly, and did a great job on all the fix ups, making our place look like new again! Thank you Ronnie and Mo, I will not hesitate to recommend you and will be calling you again if we need any work to be done on our next place. Edit: I hired them back to do additional kitchen and bathroom work and the results were excellent. Very satisfied!

Full Basement - 1 bedroom, living room, and 2 piece washroom
Ronnie and Mo were very polite and respectful which is very rare to come by among contractors these days. Most importantly they always promptly returned back our calls even when it was late at night. They tentatively listened to our requests and adjusted their plans as certain decisions had to be changed throughout the job and kept the job within our budget. They did a very nice job with renovating our basement that had a bedroom, living room and bathroom. They completely revamped the bathroom, which was a complicated job because of its small space. They also added a new closet in the living room, in addition to new flooring, stairs, lighting, and windows. Ronnie and Mo were really a delight to work with and I highly recommend them.

Full Basement - 1 bedroom, living, office, kitchennete and 2 three piece washroom.
Ronnie and Mo are professional. They are also dedicated to their work. I had 4 quotes from different people/company but they were the most knowledgable in terms of my requirements. They understood and achieved the scope, we were on budget and also completed the project on time. Where i needed to make changes or add more work, they worked with me and achieved what was required. I would gladly work with them again and recommend them to anyone.

Basement Renovation
Ronnie and his team were fantastic to work with. He gave a detailed quote and was very responsive to emails and texts with my many questions. You hear horror stories of contractors coming in, leaving your project half finished and vanishing with your money or taking forever to finish but this was not the case with Ronnie and his team. They finished the project on time based on what we agreed on and even helped with a small job on our main floor and didn't charge us for it. They have fairly good attention to detail, are open to feedback and also can provide suggestions. I would recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their basement and their price was also very reasonable compared to other quotes that we received. We used our own electrician which is why the quote is a range (the latter amount includes the electrician cost). Before and after pictures attached below.

Renovation Consultation
Me and my wife were in desperate need for more living space in our home. With a growing family we were quickly realizing that without renovating our basement our house would be too cramped to hold gatherings and entertain the way we usually do.
