This company has to be one of the best contracting firm I worked with for my renovation. Andy (the owner) was extremely helpful and very patient in explaining everything to us. Their team completely redesigned our powder room with very modern ideas and top quality products at a reasonable cost. They took compete care to ensure that the house was cleaned after the work. The workmanship was top notch just like Andy's service. The best part was that Andy is very knowledgable in this area and has new and creative ideas. Their team takes out the time and provide honest opinions to make sure that their customers have complete understanding of the whole process. My wife and I have recommended Tapworks to our friends and family. We will always use them for our future projects.

We used Tapworks to do our Ensuite and Main bathrooms. We are quite happy with their work. Andy's great ideas changed the whole look of our Ensuite. The concept of channel drain with a shower bench and the heated flooring was just awesome. We would highly recommend Tapworks and their crews to our friends and relatives. The reno was also done under our budget.

We just completed four bathrooms and a laundry in our home and bought all the fixtures from Tapworks. We shopped around many places in Mississauga and Oakville and found the best pricing at Tapworks. Not only the pricing, we found that people at Tapworks were very professional and knowledgeable. Compared to many other big plumbing stores, their customer services is great. We strongly recommend them to every one!!

We used Tapworks Oakville as the supplier for most of our materials for our bathroom Reno. It was a terrible experience. We had a number of issues and the salespeople and owner did not care. They didn't apologize for anything and just wanted to pass the blame. It was a very frustrating experience and we will never go there again. Our bathroom renovation ended up being about 4 weeks behind schedule and about $1200 over budget due to problems generated by Tapworks. We highly recommend against going to Tapworks.

We contacted Tapworks as per recommendation of our contractor. Except for tiles, we bought everything else that was needed for our bathroom from Tapworks. Their staff were very helpful. They were quite flexible to accommodate our needs that changed throughout the project. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

We had Tapworks come in a do a complete renovation of our main bathroom. Our less than satisfactory experience started with the workers showing up without anything to protect the hardwood floor stairway. After asking how messy the work would be (I was told it would not be bad) came upstairs to find the whole upper floor (including our bedrooms) covered in fine dust. They did not show up when promised, I felt like I had to project manage the renovation (following up with the workers on details that I had discussed but they apparently were not aware of ). After completion noticed that there were various issues (instead of installing the very expensive custom vanity at the right height they installed it too high, to make up for it they put little pieces of wood unter the legs so they would not be floating off the floor which I only noticed now, the paint is peeling on the ceiling, the sink that they recommended crack (and then was told that I would be charged both for labour and a new sink - which the workers then installed backwards when they came!!) Overall would say that I paid too much for the services (I could have just skipped the project management costs and hired my own contractor) and the work completed was sloppy (really had the feeling that they had no pride in their work. UPDATE in 2016 - DO NOT USE THESE CONTRACTORS! Our toilet has since leaked through our kitchen ceiling - when I called to tell them I did not hear back from them ever again. I would not recommend this contractor.
