Fast reliable company
Called in Mr. Leigh Azou for the air conditioning maintenance service. It was done professionally, fast and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Air Conditioner service / replacement
I was feeling overwhelmed when I needed to call for service on our non-functioning A/C, as there are so many companies to choose from. I decided to use HomeStars, and within a few minutes (seconds, really), Laith from HVAC Canada called me and we set up an appointment for the next day. Laith was very friendly and efficient, and took extra care when tarping our hallway to access our basement and following COVID-19 safety guidelines. I am very happy with our new air conditioner and with the service we received!

New tankless water heater
Friday evening my hot water stopped working, I tried everything that I could which was essentially turning it off and then on but it didn't work. I called Laith Saturday morning and he was there within a couple hours. After spending sometime diagnosing it and discussing with Rinnai, it was determined that the system board was gone bad. Laith went out of his way to find a used a one in his van but it didn't work and suggested that I replace the unit. Since Laith is a licensed dealer for Rinnai he sourced one on Sunday morning and by later afternoon, I had hot water back on. Thanks again, Laith, for fixing it on such short notice on a long weekend nonetheless.

Hot water tank repair
This is the third time we have had HVAC Canada do work in our home. I am very pleased with Laith and his professionalism - he comes promptly, has fair pricing and always fixes our problems. It is so refreshing to find a company these days that has the caliber of service & integrity that Laith has. As someone who has high expectations, I don’t endorse many things, but I highly recommend Laith at HVAC Canada. In the past we have gone with the big HVAC companies, which we thought was the right path to take. We learned that this was definitely the wrong choice. I called the manufacturer of my equipment and learned that HVAC Canada was certified to work on this equipment. All I can say is it was a night a day experience. Laith is very competent and we were very grateful for his expertise. As a previous Mystery Shopper & Special Education Teacher and now a mother and wife, plus someone who has hired many trades and technicians over the years, (I am 47) I feel very confident recommending Laith & HVAC Canada.

Tankless water heater installation
One of the most professional jobs I have ever experienced from an HVAC company. The work was not only on time and on budget, but the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Laith’s services to anyone!

Tankless water heater installation
We are so grateful to Laith for installing a water heater. Our old one bearned right before the long weekend. We called many companies, and they all offered to replace it after holidays. Laith did it right the next day. And not just that. He educated us on a few things, made some valuable suggestions. He left everything clean and in perfectly working conditions. Thank you Leith.
