Alex, Jordan & Nathan are superstars! Move included an extra stop + >30 degree heat with the "bonus" of random thunderstorms! The extreme weather did not stop them - many thanks for the smooth move!!

I booked New Era Moving Services on short notice for a difficult move of my elderly mother from a retirement home to a long term care home. Their service during this trying time for our family was outstanding. They were right on time for the time slot that the retirement residence allotted for the elevator. They were patient with problems with the elevator. They were fast while also being efficient. Everything that could be taken to the long term care home arrived safely with no damage and the rest was taken to storage. The owner was responsive and compassionate. I would give more than five stars if I could.

They are the best!!!! Don’t hire anyone else. These guys are organized, quick, communicative, professional and so so helpful. I will never ever use anyone else for a move again. New Era finished in two hours what it took other moving companies more than 12 hours. They went out of their way to make things as easy as possible for me and ease my stress. If you have hired a different company, cancel them and hire New Era. You will be glad you did.

We had never heard of this company before planning a move from Toronto to another Ontario city. A check with Homestars revealed high customer satisfaction. New Era’s Colin came to our home to do the estimate and explained how his company handled moves. We signed up and we are glad that we did. We needed two trucks and a crew of 5 or 6. They picked up one day and delivered the next. The crew were very professional and friendly and we had a lot of laughs. Nothing broken or damaged. A really, good experience. If you are moving, call this company.

From start to finish, I felt extremely comfortable with New Era Movers handling my long distance move. I moved from Quebec to Ontario. From the beginning of my experience dealing with Colin over the phone, I felt comfortable and confident that they were the right ones for the job. Colin took the time to go through absolutely everything with me over the phone and was very accommodating to my unique situation. The movers themselves were top notch as well. Brandon, Ricardo and Trevor were incredibly efficient, fast and punctual. They even managed to fit some vig ticket items through some narrow passages that I wasn't even sure would be possible with no damage. These 3 guys were awesome!! Very nice, great attitudes and very focused. The crazy heat didn't even slow them down. My entire experience with New Era Movers was great and I highly recommend anyone that might still be on the fence when trying to decide to give this company your business. We were moving a large amount of fragile and odd-shaped furniture and art from a down-sizing parents' house to two other houses. The team arrived on time and were courteous, hard-working, and friendly. Everything was carefully wrapped and prepared, and arrived at the destinations in perfect shape. I'm already planning to book New Era for a separate future move.
