    I am writing this review to acknowledge great quality of work, cleanliness of work place, fair pricing and great timing of service provided by Michael, Drainstream company. Here is our story. My daughter called three different companies to unclog the kitchen sink drain on main floor in her house. First one spent 3 hours on site unsuccessfully trying to get through the blockage and charged $250 for work not done, two of others gave the quotes for over $1000 each to replace the existing piping all the way to the basement. When she asked me for help, I contacted Michael whose services I have used in past 4 years and never been disappointed. After Michaels arrival job was done in less than couple of hours, and the drain was working great again. Additionally to cleaning the drain, he modified existing piping adding the Y-coupling to ease the future maintenance. I would recommend Michael and Drainstream company to anyone for any kind of large or small plumbing jobs. Thank you for excellent service provided!

    Backwater valve installation

    I recently engaged Drain Stream for the installation of a backwater valve. I was impressed by Michael's prompt response and his visit to our home, where he thoroughly explained the process involved in the installation. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout our interaction. The installation was carried out by Michael and Roman, who executed the work with exceptional skill and attention to detail. They not only completed the installation efficiently but also ensured that the area was cleaned afterward, reflecting their commitment to quality service. Additionally, I would like to commend Mila from the office. She consistently demonstrated excellent responsiveness, promptly addressing any inquiries I had, and provided invaluable support throughout the process.     Back Water Valve

    Michael installed a back water valve in my sanitary sewer. Michael was referred to me by a neighbour highly recommending him. He is very knowledgeable , thorough and highly skilled. His work was very professional. His price was very reasonable.

    Kitchen and Bathroom sink parts replacement

    I was provided Michael's number by a Contractor. I reached out to him and he came the very next day. He was friendly, professional and most importantly fair, which not many people are these days. I feel the amount charged was fair for parts & labour. He fixed the issues easily. Will definitely reach out to him in the future for my plumbing needs.

    Sink Fixes

    The technician was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. He was able to fix 3 of our sinks quickly and on short notice.

    Excellent Plumbing Services

    I had major roots in my clay pipe which resulted in a sewage back up. The Dream Stream plumber carefully and meticulous remove the roots. He use the camera to filmed the before and after so that I can see the worked performed. The cost was reasonable and I felt that the plumber was very honest. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

    Main drain leak

    Great service, very professional and courteous, strongly recommend Michael. He repaired the leak without any issues and was very clean while working in our house.

    Washroom leak

    We had a leak in our w washroom . Serviced came asap . Detected damaged and help with the repair . Located the issue ( builder missed to instal some parts ) the professional opinion helped me with the builder and insurance. I got my money back. Truly recommend this company.
