We had Shack Shine come do a gutter cleaning. They were brand new gutters and one of the gutters was damaged during the cleaning. Martin from Shack Shine went above and beyond to ensure it was rectified to our satisfaction.

The service was terrible, not cleaning properly and a lot of places missed. Will not recommend company.

ShackShine did a nice job installing Christmas lights on on our house and also installed outdoor lights off our house. We've had problems with some of the other lights and I'm in the process of sorting all that out. My experience with the senior O2E brand execs is that they are very committed to the businesses and the customers.

Poor attention to details, left many spots dirty, worst part is, contacted them and they did not respond, poor and no follow up, ( unacceptable especially when it says will return call within a business day!) when I paid, I was under pressure, trying to protect my password etc and winded up giving them a ~$400 tip!!! For poor unacceptable service! They are pleasant and polite but I prefer a decent job...

We had Shack Shine come to our townhouse building to wash the dirt and green buildup off the exterior, clean all of the exterior windows, and power wash outside the front entrances. The two workers were super friendly and professional, showed up on time, were very hard-working and thorough, were receptive to our instructions and requests, and did a very good job. We had to ask them to re-do some of the windows at the end of the day because they were drying spotty, but the guys were very pleasant and immediately re-did the windows as requested. I would certainly recommend then and will use them again.

Great company and service above and beyond! Pedro did a very thorough job of cleaning the inside and outside of my patio glass and floor to ceiling windows. He was punctual, knowledgeable, hard working and pleasure to be around . He genuinely wanted to do the best job possible. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. I would highly recommend them to any other condo owners.

Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. We booked at date and time with them- they were a no show. After they were an hour late we called their company (an answering service) who tried to reach a technician twice- no one got back to us. We were counting on this company’s service as we are listing our home next week and not even an apology was offered.

Emerson and Eubert were amazing!!! They came over exactly when they said they would be here, they stayed until the job was done and they went above and beyond while they were here!! The cleaned every nook and cranny on our roof as well as the gutters , they even cleared a path for my kids to get to their trampoline easier!! They cleaned up beautifully after themselves too and when they were done, they left our place looking better than when they first showed up!! we are so happy with them! They are tremendously hard workers and super pleasant to talk to as well! :)

We've been in this house for 30 years, and thought the exterior could benefit from a cleaning, the soffit in particular was looking somewhat grimy and was out of our reach. Called up Shack Shine for a quote for various external cleaning from windows to soffit. They were on site within 3 days and work completed. Courteous staff, no problems.

We hired Shack Shine as it is now difficult for my husband to perform outside house washing. Landon was out within a few days to do and quote on the jobs. Each job is quoted on separately so you have the option of doing all or just some. He went over every aspect of the quote making sure that we understood what the exactly did and also that we covered everything we wanted done. Landon and Yuval, called 10 mins before set arrival time. They were punctual, personable and professional. Since Landon had done the quote he knew what was to be done, otherwise the quote would have been gone over again ensuring the job was done as required. They arrived at 8:00 AM and left approx 6:30 PM. Landon and Yuval started the job but Landon was called to another job, leaving Yuval to do yoman's work. He only stopped to eat his lunch and back at it he was. We had the house brush washed as it is vinyl, they do not use any soap products but the brush has 2 water spray holes in it so the vinyl was very clean when finished. The gutters were cleaned inside and washed on the inside. We had them wash the outside windows as well. Power washing was done to the garage to prep for painting. We also had the sidewalks and driveway done. They have a circular cleaning machine to do the walks. We had never used Shack Shine before. Yuval and Landon represented the company well in all aspects of the jobs estimated and performed and I would recommend them highly. As a matter of fact we have already book our time for them to come back next year! Thanks guys for jobs well done!
