    Fencing in Backyard

    Fence

    Onur the company owner was referred to me through one of our neighbors in subdivision in East Gwillmbury. He had few meetings with us and once few of us were ready to commit to work with him he started talking with all the other neighbors. He started the job on time as promised and finished it on time. He is prompte , professional and responsible. Would definitely recommend express fence inc to anybody who is looking to get their fence done.

    Very good fence work done

    I got my fence from express fence which was so nicely done and the wood is so good. At the end of my five year warranty period i got a issue with the door as the concrete guys moved the door from original position. I called the express fence and the owner himself came to fix the door inspite of the fact that it was not covered under warranty due to the fact that we moved the door from its original position. I am so thankful to the owner of the company(Expess Fence). Moreover my fence looks like new even after five years. I strongly recommend express fence to everyone.

    Good repair

    We had a minor issue to our latch. Crew responded the next day and fixed it with no further incident. Good follow-up service provided. Crew attended with positive attitude and professionalism.

    Won't take complaints seriously and won't fix issues

    Installed the fense in 2017 and it supposed to have 5-YR warranty albeit excluding 'natural material issues'. 3 years in, we have posts are are loose, section nails that have comes out because the posts are loose and slanted now. Multiple emails, calls, photos, and text messages - no luck getting anyone to come and see let alone fixing anything. Discounts the issue to 'natural changes in the wood'. Worst guy to take issues seriously and accepting responsibility to even come to assess the issues. Many neighbors have given up and have been dealing with the issues on their own and incurring additional expenses. The warranty promise is not worth the ink that was used to print it.

    Honest worker and fair prices

    They took care of everything from knocking from house to house to payments. Perfectly done job. ONUR and his workers were professional and the job was completed as agreed on the contract

    Fence Installation

    Our neighbours recommended Express Fence. Onur and his team of carpenters were great! Responsive and professional- highly recommend Express Fence. They do require at least 6-8 houses to keep costs down. If you can find willing neighbours, it is well worth having a Express Fence do the job.

    Follow-up and additional feedback

    I reported my experience with this company last year. They were timely, prompt, professional and courteous. My friends and family continue to comment on how great the fence looks. Due to house settling issues, the frame of one gate shifted so I spoke to Onur. Within a couple of days, his team came by and fixed the issue. Thank you for the outstanding service!

    Backyard fence

    Two fence suppliers serviced our block as a result of decisions within the community. Our property was at the border so we had Express build a fence and gate on one side and used another supplier for the other side. The Express team did an outstanding job on our 6' wood privacy fence. Chris provided a detailed explanation of the project and the company's resources. Their attention to detail was evident, particularly in accommodating a 20 degree slope on the property. The product, craftsmanship and professionalism of the crew exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with the outcomes and highly recommend Express Fence Inc.

    Backyard fence

    This is the second house Express Fence built a fence for us. As usual great quality and great pricing. Plus, the guys are very easy to deal with. Highly recommended.
