Rosalind and her team were amazing. They made a difficult transition from a house to a retirement home smooth and so much less stressful. They worked with my parents to bring what was important to them and what would fit in their new space. The professionalism and kindness of the team was made a challenging time so much easier. After my parents had moved out, they were able to help clear out the house to make it ready for the new owners. I would highly recommend Rosalind and her team.

I so much needed support in decluttering my condo as it felt overwhelming to purge, sort and organize each area of my space. I now have a totally organized condo and it took only four days. Thanks so much to Pauline and Amy for all their support.

Pauline was so pleasant and easy to deal with - so helpful, professional, efficient and honest! We were very happy to find such a great person/company to help us clear a relative's large apartment in Ajax Ontario. We are located in Ottawa and the service provided by Pauline and the crew from Simply Home Downsizing saved us from traveling in winter and trying to do all this work ourselves, which frankly, we probably couldn't have done as well. After Mom passed away, we struggled to find the time and the energy to go through sixty years worth of accumulated memories in the house. Simply Home was able to make more progress in one day than we had been able to make in months. I used this company for five days to help me declutter, pack and prepare for a downsizing move. Mary brought great energy to the project and she was able to keep me on track, where I found it easy to get discouraged and slowed by the emotion of parting with certain things. I had this company Simply Home Downsizing first declutter my condo. Then they packed up what was to be moved to a storage unit to allow for staging. Then this company staged my condo. After it sold! They moved the boxes from the storage unit back to my condo They then packed me up and moved me Then unpacked me and by the time they left I only had boxes of photos to deal with. They hired professional movers and packers They were hard working and fun My move was stress free and actually fun!

Pauline from Simply Home has been real pleasure to deal with. I have worked with Simply Home previously and have been referring them to my clients. They recently helped me with clearing out furniture and various items of my parents home (I moved them into an assisted living facility) which helped me greatly as I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed from the situation. Paula is very mindful, accommodating and courteous and her crew of movers were really nice, very efficient and made the process very easy. I cant thank them enough and I highly recommend their services.

Simply Home was terrific to work with. Their team was considerate, thorough and efficient. They were able to coordinate a 2 stage packing, moving and disposal for us; all ran smoothly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
