had no problem coming to our house to give us a quote and measure windows. Gave deposit. 4 months later have not received one phone call from them. Attempted multiple times to get an answer, left messages. Can only ever get ahold of the secretary and she tells me every week I call that Friday is the day the windows come in (6 weeks in a row) I've asked for a manager or number to call somone else to get more details. Wont give me one and always insists that Friday the windows will be in. Now won't answer my calls

If I could give a - star rating that's what this company would get. This is the WORST COMPANY I have EVER dealt with. The customer service is NON EXISTENT. Had windows installed in mid July after being told would be early July, which is no big deal only they said they were going to be here a certain day to install, so took day off work and NO SHOW didn't call or anything. I then called to find out what had happened and said it was rescheduled for 10 days from then. Finally got windows installed and couple wks later had a concern on the locking mech of the living rm window EXTREMELY hard to latch to the point they WILL BREAK if left like that and also top of windows do not crank in all the way can see light out through them. Long story short in the last 2 1/2 mths have called 5-6 times and still nothing. They can't seem to find out if it's Calgary or Edmonton's service area and it's always some one will call with a date and time in a couple of days which NO ONE EVER CALLS. I have even talked with there service guy "Serge" directly with the same results. I need to replace a patio door and a few other windows but this company will NOT BE GETTING MY BUSINESS OR ANYONE I CAN TELL MY STORY TO. IF you value customer service DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, you will just get the run around. Windows are to much of a investment to not have a company with quality customer service.

5 stars from Michael in sales, the receptionist, and Antony doing the measurements then stepping up to help install when a crew member called in sick on the day of my install. With guests already in the house and everything moved for the contractors the job could not be delayed so thank you for going the extra mile and getting it done. 10 windows in 5 hrs and they look amazing. I needed a new patio door. Adam came over a week and a half ago on a Wednesday, to give me a quote. He was very easy to talk with and we discussed my options and I was told that as a manufacturer, if they had to build the door it would be 10 to 12 weeks. If it was in stock, it would be considerably quicker. Two days later on Friday, an installer came over to take measurements. We discussed my choices and I decided to change my order. I originally wanted a patio door with triple panes. I changed my order to a double pane patio door with internal mini-blinds. The following Tuesday, I received a call saying the patio door I wanted was in stock and they wanted to schedule the installation for Thursday. The crew showed up on time and were very professional, friendly and efficient. Once installed, they walked me through the use of the sliders for the mini-blinds. Thank you so much for the quick turnaround and excellent job. I couldn't be any more happier with the outcome.

We had a great experience with Window Seal West. Sergey, their salesperson, was great from the very start of our project: down to earth, very knowledgeable, polite and never pushy. He was very patient, as my wife and I were trying to figure out the type of windows we preferred for our house on Shawnessy to replace the old ones. He was very easy to get hold of when we had more questions or needed clarifications. The installing crew did an outstanding job, installing 11 new windows. They were top notch professionals who were friendly, prompt, and pleasant people to be around. The windows looks fabulous, the quality and workmanship are great and the price was very reasonable. Thanks to all the people who were involved in our project! Two thumbs up to you, guys. We would absolutely use you again.

We had block glass windows that were difficult to get fixed. The guys came in and measured for custom windows to replace them and we couldn’t be happier! The new windows are beautifully frosted and perfect. Service was fast and friendly and we will definitely be contacting the guys next time we need window work.

As a landlord, I am extremely satisfied with The quality of the windows being installed as well as the two professional installer Alex and Denis’s work. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about window installation. I have used other window companies for my other projects. So far Window Seal West gives me the best price, workmanship and satisfaction I am looking for.

From quote, to finished product, we couldn’t be happier with the Window Seal West Team! Michael was not only very friendly, but also super helpful with helping us figure out what style of windows we should get to maintain the character of our home, and providing us with a fair and timely quote. He asked questions when he wasn’t sure of what we wanted, to ensure that we would be happy with the final product (and we are!). Great communication throughout the factory shut down due to Covid-19, as well! Alex and Denny (or Danny?) were extremely respectful of our family, and our home as they completed the install over 4 days, despite the challenges our 100 year old home provided. We couldn’t get over how quickly they got our windows installed, being that there were a whopping 25 of them (One of which needed a brand new hole cut through the wall), and they were only a 2 man team!!! Their attention to detail was very much appreciated, and again - they were not afraid to ask questions, and confirm things with us before proceeding with their work. They even took extra care to preserve the original wood trim on the interior of the windows, because they knew it was important to us. They turned out beautifully! We were so satisfied with the windows And the installation process that we’ve decided to go ahead and order the remaining 3 windows and a set of garden doors from WSW to have everything match before proceeding with our extensive renovations to make this house beautiful again ... with our new windows, we’re certainly off to a great start!

Every appointment was on time , installer was quick and efficient in measuring and installing . Ruslan the estimator was very knowledgeable .
