Extremely happy with the professionalism and price we obtained through Kirill, our sales representative. He went out of his way to accomodate us. The workmanship on our new windows is excellent. Very happy and would recommend this company to anyone.

To start, Kirill has a great ability to converse and communicate with people, he has a good knowledge of the product and guided us in the right choice and direction. Dima and Kostya the installers were polite, they did a great job, completed it within their timeline and cleaned up the surrounding area after they finished the job. I would definitely recommend Window Seal West to my neighbours as well as friends.

I had major leaks with my windows and in the winter i had issues with them too freezing up. I had a flyer come into the mail with window seal west called them up. I usually hate dealing with sales reps but this one actually explained the product and showed me my current problems rather then try to push the sale. I was very happy and pleased so i went ahead with the order 6 weeks later my windows were installed and its been 2 month now that I have them Very happy all problems are solved that i was having Thanks guys you are awsome!!!!

The original salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even made an extra trip back to the house to speak with my husband as well. The guys who put the windows in were fantastic!! Happy, friendly, and FAST!! They were done in under 3 hours, and I was expecting at least 5 hours of labour with only 2 men. We are thrilled with the windows and the company, and would recommend them to anyone. When we are replacing the downstairs windows in two years, we will go with no-one else.

We contacted Window Seal West for a quote, Kirill Giyasov who was the company's representative. We knew that we were in need of doing something but we're not in a financial position to do it, having said that and after careful review we decided to go ahead with Kirill! He helped deferring the payments. We only did about 1/3 of the house because of the financial situation at the time but we will complete the rest of them as soon as is posible. The windows are extremely attractive and have made a tremendous difference to the overall value of our house not to mention the efficiency, Kirill was extremely informative and helpful with our purchase and we look forward to working with him again and would like to see the guys that came in and replaced the windows Gregory and Igor were fast respectful and clean they were in and out in no time! I recommend these guys!

I am extremely impressed with this company. I found the sales representative, Kirill Giaysov to be very honest and helpful. He went out of his way to get me the best deal possible. I am very happy with my new windows. They keep my house nice and warm and have reduced the noise I hear from outside substantially. The installers were very efficient and clean. They installed 6 windows for me in just over 5 hours. One of the screens had been damaged in shipping so they took it to the office and a person came out a couple days later and installed a new one. I have checked out quite a few other window replacement companies and even private contractors. But they were not as efficient and reliable as Window Seal West was. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I would also hire them again to do my doors when they need to be done.

It took six and a half hours for the five men to install twelve windows. They were friendly and co-operative all the time. Saved the glass for my son to use for a greenhouse. They removed all the old parts and any garbage that was left over. Took care when they were inside the house, floor covering etc. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had all 15 windows, front and back doors changed. Kirill the salesman was very good and came over a few times to answer our questions. The windows came there were a couple of hiccups but Kirill and the crew worked everything out in a professional manner. They were all very pleasant and the job was done. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
