    Garage Door Opener

    The experience was awesome! From the first phone call to Whitby Garage Doors Ltd. to the installer that came to the house to install the opener. Everything was explained and the price came with no surprises. The ease of payment was great and not required until the job was finished. Thanks WGD, I will recommend your service to anyone in future.

    Garage door stopped working

    Our garage door stopped working randomly. We would try to close it and it kept opening back up. Nathan did an amazing job! He fully analyzed the situation and provided a thorough explanation of the possible issues with the door. He didn't push the "most expensive" options on us. He determined exactly what the issue was (the motor was stuck), and he did overall maintenance on the door (tightening screws, lubricated the joints, worked on the motor), and he re-aligned the chain. The door is now working great now, and there were no extra costs beyond the base cost to come out! Definitely recommended for an honest assessment and great work to fix the problem!

    Service Call

    Outstanding, constant, professional completion of work by a talented, professional, focused team throughout Whitby Garage Doors. Brandon did a fantastic job with the door! There is NO ONE else to call in Durham (Whitby / Brooklin) for new doors or for service. Whitby Garage Doors are second-to-none!!

    Amazing and Quick Service for Garage Door Opener

    The whole process was easy from inquiring about the service, scheduling, installation and payment. The price is competitive and it is the least expensive out of 3 companies I called for the quote. Special thank you to Nick Dankmeyer, the technician who installed my garage door opener. He was very professional and friendly. I am a happy customer!

    New garage door and electric opener

    I couldn't be more happy with the services of Whitby Garage Doors. From their automated quote, payment and invoice, to the sales rep Riley, admin. staff and of course the technician. I replaced my old door with no opening mechanism to a new one with an automated one with no pressure, just honest and high quality service provision and customer service. One of the most professional services I have ever received! Plus, the door looks and works great.

    Awesome awesome service

    This was the easiest most convenient experience. From setting up the appointment to the courtesy heads up text prior to arrival. The office staff I spoke to were pleasant and understanding. The tech that showed up to do the work was professional, knowledgeable and so quick. Thank you for making this a great experience and so easy.

    Replaced garage door with an insulated one.

    We recently had our garage door replaced with an insulated one as well as the tracks. Whitby Garage did an awesome job and we are very happy with their work. They arrived on time and finished in a timely manner.

    New Garage Door

    We are very pleased with our new door from Whitby Garage Doors. The installation process was seamless. We were fortunate to have it all done in the same day, door and capping. It looks great. Greg our sales rep was very helpful and we really appreciated all that he did for us. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a new garage door.     Quick and professional garage repair

    I have used Whitby Garage Doors twice now to service my 13 year old garage doors - first to replace all of the sweeps and this time to replace the coil spring - they are quick and professional, and are very reasonably priced.
