    New garage doors

    From the moment we walked into the showroom and Chris advised us to Chad coming to our house to finalize the quote to Collin doing the install, Whitby Garage was fantastic. It is a pleasure to deal with a company run by personable people who do their jobs extremely well. The product and quality of workmanship are top notch. I would highly recommend Whitby Garage.

    Garage door springs.

    Nick was very professional and very helpful. Did an excellent job and explained to me what he was going. Would recommend him and the company to my friends if needed

    New garage door installation

    Whitby Garage Doors exceeded our expections from their excellent customer service to their very competitive pricing. We had our custom garage doors ordered and installed in just over three weeks!! We are very happy and would highly recommend this company.

    New garage door installation

    What a winning team (Brendan, Chad, Nick) and what an outstanding experience from the start to the end. I was shopping for a new garage door and contacted them. Since that first call you realize right away how serious and professional they are. Brendan looked right away at my current garage door on Google Map, directed me to their website an suggested me a product based on my budget and expectations. A visit and estimate followed the next couple of days with Chad while I did not even receive yet a call back for the other competitors. I was told that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to receive and install the door. In fact, 4 weeks later, I received the call. The installation date followed. Nick was the installer. He came right on time. He showed a great professionalism and expertise. It was a very smooth and clean job. I would definitely recommend Whitby Garage Doors and they are located right in our region.

    Garage Doors

    Beautiful high end doors that were perfectly installed. From the time I first reached out to them online to the actual install, everything went perfectly. Chad was exceptionally knowledgeable and Nick did a truly expert install. Both were really nice guys too.

    New Garage Door and Opener

    My wife and I wanted a new garage door since our old-swing up one was looking pretty beatup. Plus we did not have an opener. We called and emailed 3 companies including Whitby Garage Doors in April. They were the only ones to get back to us. So we got a quote and placed an order. We got a call a month later that our door was in and we set up an install date about 1 week later. I cleaned out the garage and the door was installed with only 1 issue. The windows we ordered hadn't arrived so they put in generic ones until the correct ones arrived. The correct windows were installed for us while we were at work 1 week later. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the garage door and opener. The aluminum capping was also done shortly after installation and didn't require me to be at home either. Whitby Garage Doors is a very reliable company. I would recommend them to others looking for a new garage door or opener.

    Garage Door cables + tuneup

    Since my first call I felt I was dealing with the right company. The price was about right and Nick, the technician, came up on the same day to help. Took him 30 minutes to swap the cables and do a nice lub / tune-up. Excellent service, highly recommended.

    Garage Doors + Openers Installed

    Whitby Garage Doors was very professional and the only company I considered using. Brandon the salesperson was very helpful. Nick, who did the installation, was polite and extremely hardworking in a 35+ degree garage. He was very personable and went through all my questions. I was unaware/forgot (not sure which one) that the capping was done by someone else but when I called about it an appointment was setup within the week by Brandon which demonstrated how much the company cares about its customers. The garage doors look amazing and my wife and mother-in-law are happy with them and those are two tough ladies to please.

    Garage Door Replacement.
