Wed recently moved into our home and the door needed replacing. Having used their Markham service in the past, we didnt hesitate to call on them again. The estimate was done quickly, the quote was easy to understand, and the installation was clean and professional. They even explained why drywall damage occurred, and cleaned up after themselves.

I got service approximately 40 minutes after my call. Nick arrived and repaired the door and sprayed the bolts for preventive purposes. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the service he provided. The receptionist when I called was help and very pleasant. Overall a great customer service thank you

Whitby Garage Doors - ordered our new doors which were delivered and installed even earlier than expected Riley informed us of the quality of our new doors compared to the builder grade we had and we were excited to be having doors that we could be count on for longevity with the structural integrity and insulation being superior. Peter came to install the three new doors and was very pleasant and professional, removed all the old doors, track rails and seals and installed all new components. Very Pleased with the results!

The techs came on time and introduced themselves. They made a recommendation for me to reinforce the garage door to prevent future breakage and provide more support. For $40 extra is was definitely worth it. The installation was fast and they walked me through the intricacies of using the opener and setting it up. Payment was made by email invoice, so no awkwardness by waiting to pay the tech directly. Recommend.

Daniel was right on time, saw what was wrong . He showed my mistake of a after market locking device that I had installed was hitting the track as it was closing causing the door to go back up . Fixed the problem in a matter of minutes .

I called the company and the next day the technician Daniel showed up in the timeframe provided replaced the broken cable and also replaced the spring as it was 15 years old Daniel was very professional and friendly and explained in detail what needed to be done..
