A decayed tree in my back yard needed removal. I posted the job on Homestars. Upanoak contacted me the same day and Darryl visited the property within a few hours. He pointed out a very hazardous condition with the tree and recommended some emergency safety measures as well as a plan for tree removal. I was impressed with his knowledge and communication skills, and decided to have him do the work. Before he left the inspection, he strapped the damaged trunk and tied the tree to control any falling danger.
The Upanoak crew arrived first thing the next morning and took down the tree. They were courteous and professional in their approach. Care was exercised in protection of existing plantings and lawn, and cleanup of debris was excellent.
