    Whole house reno

    The Gurus redid our kitchen, bathroom, open space main floor (took down 3 walls), whole new HVAC system (and ducts), permits, new walk out to deck, new deck, waterproofing foundation, removed mold, refinish floors, new floors, insulation, and the list goes on. Not only did they do an amazing job, ON TIME (permits took 8 days only!!!!) and on budget but the process was smooth compared to all the stories we had heard from other renos. The Gurus were responsive (even on a Sunday evening), HONEST, and realistic. I recommend them 100%

    Kitchen renovation including flooring, powder room renovation

    Our kitchen is completely renovated with new floors, in floor heating, new cabinets backsplash, appliances etc. Aaron and Justin were very honest and upfront with us every step of the way. We felt comfortable with them from the beginning and they kept their word on everything that they would do. The kitchen was done 10 days early, and on budget. Aaron has a background in business and music along with being very competent in the trades, I found him to be very conscientious and straightforward. Justin does a lot of the technical stuff, he installed a nest thermostat and programmed the in floor heating etc. for us. We also had them re-tile the front door for you a floor and do a complete powder room renovation. Very different type of contractors from my past experiences, I highly recommend them for your home improvements.

    Fence and outdoor lighting

    Justin and his crew were great to deal with. We really appreaciate the communication and the speed with which they finished the job. We're so pleased with the final product. The fence and lighting have made a huge impact on our landscaping job. I've already recommended Home Guru to our friends.

    Kitchen Renovation

    Amazing job with our kitchen renovation. Aaron and Justin were a pleasure to work with. Fine attention to detail and beautiful craftsmanship. Our old kitchen was from the 50's and was designed very poorly. Justin and Aaron came up with some amazing ideas to make the best use of our very limited space. Highly recommend this company.

    Kitchen Renovation

    Justin and Aaron did an amazing job renovating our kitchen. They took down walls to open up the space and added pot lighting, new cabinetry, under-cabinet lighting, back splash and quartz counter tops. We were faced with a tight timeline and they worked very tirelessly to meet our needs. Home Guru did a great job and we would highly recommend them.

    Kitchen and living room reno

    This is our first home renovation. Aaron had some great suggestions and was great with work with. We were kept apprised of the progress at all times. We would not hesitate with work with Aaron again.

    Deck

    Aaron, Justin and the HG team did a great job with my mid size deck project. I gave them a few design ideas which they used and enhanced for the final product which I'm thrilled with. They poured footings on a Monday morning and were done by noon on Thursday. Couldn't be happier. thanks guys!

    Kitchen Renovation

    Aaron and Justin helped me renovate my 18 year old condo kitchen. They came up with some great suggestions - and help solve my storage problems. They were great at keep me informed on the status of the project - and were prompt and professional - on time and budget I appreciated the quick communication whenever i had a question.

    lighting

    Aaron and Justin were great to work with. They showed up promptly and cleaned up after themselves. Their ideas for lighting in our kitchen, family room, hallway and basement gave us better lighting that is more efficient and cost saving in the long run. It looks great and we are very happy.

    Kitchen renovation

    We really enjoyed working with Aaron and Justin of Home Guru on our kitchen renovation and are thrilled with the results! They helped us to make our space more open, modern and functional. They listened to what we wanted and helped us work out the details of how to get there. As with any renovation, especially one where you are opening up and taking down walls, there were some surprises and setbacks, but Aaron and Justin worked diligently to help us attain our goals and try to stay within our budget. The thing we appreciated most about Home Guru was that we felt they were trustworthy and were always trying to do things in our best interest. We were never worried that they were trying to rip us off, cut corners, or give us the run around. They were reachable and easy to communicate with. One of their areas of expertise is in "smart" home automation, which we decided to incorporate into our reno. We adore the programmed lighting that adds to the mood of our space. Our favourite elements would be the in-ceiling speakers that we've added to the kitchen, living room, bedroom and backyard. We can now play or stream music all over house depending on our location and mood. Music is a big part of our lives and has become a part of our children's lives as well. Our new open-concept kitchen has improved the flow of our house and the overall feeling of the space. The kitchen looks beautiful and the cabinets and countertops are of high quality. We would highly recommend Home Guru to all our family and friends!!
