    New Garage Door

Wife surprised me with a big OK in regards to swapping out our old piece of crap existing door. Went all out thermal windows, nice quiet motor, coloured to match rest of existing windows. Folks no better outfit/company to replace your tired looking door, installation staff were excellent, office staff super friendly. Will definitely recommend these operation. Thanks again, John DeMelo (Mississauga)

    New Garage Door Openers

We just moved into a new house and needed 2 new garage door openers installed. In our previous house we had always used a different company but they did not service this location. Instead, they referred me to Upper Canada. When I called, Cathren walked me through my options and asked for pictures of the current setup, so that she could give an accurate quote. They had a technician that was available to come by in two days, so we set up an appointment. On the day of the install Paul showed up on time and explained the whole installation process to me. He took down the old opener and installed two new openers and touch pad. When he was done with the install, he cleaned up the work area and disposed of the old opener and any other packaging that was left from the new openers. He then helped me to code the touch pad and showed me how the new openers functioned. Very happy with the service from Upper Canada Garage Doors and we will no doubt be using them again when it is time to replace the garage doors. Thanks for all the help, Ben

Purchase and installation of garage door opener.

Cathren Gabriel-Allen @ Upper Canada Garage Doors demonstrated excellent customer service from the moment I made contact with her to the completion of the installation. She was professional, knowledgeable and detailed in her approach to ensure we selected the appropriate opener for our door. The technician, Mohammed who installed the opener was also professional, polite, and meticulous in his work and took time to review what he had done and walked us thru the operations and care of the equipment. Cathren even followed up with us the day after the installation to ensure we were satisfied before sending the billing receipt. Overall, it was an excellent customer experience.

    Garage Door Installation

It was a pleasure to deal with RW Garage Door Source. Initially, Paul came to the house, took time to explain everything and was very helpful in advising us in the selection of our door. He is very personable and we felt no pressure in our choice. The installation was a very smooth operation. I am completely satisfied with his work and am pleased to recommend him.
