Complete Bathroom Renovation
Matt and his crew were awesome for this project! Very flexible with how hardware was obtained, he allowed me to pick out hardware of my choice, or having him and his team provide items that I couldn't track down. This wasn't an easy project, we changed the whole footprint of the bathroom, which required them to redo some plumbing and move some electrical in the floor. I have an old home, so we had to deal with some old home issues along with some "crafty" DIY project the previous owners had done. But in the end, it work out perfectly! Will definitely be reaching out to Local Renovations in the future to help with other projects I have in mind. Thanks again guys, appreciate all the work!

Replacement of entry door and storm door.
When looking for someone to do the replacement of our doors we checked out a number of sources. Local Renovations and Designs were competitively priced and delivered what they promised. They were professional, punctual and took care of the clean up. Their workmanship was excellent.

Exterior Renovation; new shingles, new eaves and replace all brick with new rock.
Our house was in rough shape from the top down. We were extremely impressed with the crew that did the roof and the eaves. We had quotations from other roofing contractors for less but we are glad that we selected LOCAL as our contractor. The level of service we received was well worth any extra that we paid. The project was on time and on budget. We also appreciated how well the crew cleaned the work site before leaving each day. The final coat of paint will go on this week and the entire exterior of the house will be like new.

Kitchen renovation-custom cabinets, backsplash, countertops.
We know that renos will come with unexpected surprises and don't always go according to plan. This project took a bit longer to complete due to a couple of speedbumps, but we liked the way Matt and Matt handled and resolved the issues that came up. That is good customer service. The Matts also kept us updated with any required changes so we knew what was going on. Once the smoke cleared we were satisfied with how everything turned out.

Kitchen update
We had a kitchen with "good bones" that needed an upgrade but not a complete "gut and re-build". After discussing with Matt at Local Renovations we opted for upgraded electrics, LED lighting and a brighter marble back-splash plus raising the cabinets just a few inches to improve ergonomics. After just a few days the kitchen is brighter and much more user friendly. We got friendly service, a 'can do' attitude and honest advice and guidance based on our requirements with no over selling, all completed with experienced crafts that did the installation work and left the place clean and tidy. We have more work to do in other areas of our house and Matt and his team will be back to do that work for us. Great job and highly recommended!

Door and stone work
Matt and Matt were great!! They kept us informed of what was happening every step of the way. They have gathered a great team of workers (especially Delvin the mason, he is awesome) They are detailed oriented and did not stop (literally) until we were fully satisfied with the work. Our door and stones look amazing. Thanks guys.

Bathroom renovation
We were 100% satisfied with the work done by Local Renovations, from start to finish. Matt and Matt were amazing to deal with. They were respectful, honest and did wonderful work. They answered every question we had and came in on budget. We would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Basement window enlargement
Local renovations and design was a great company! They always kept us in the loop as to what was happening and when, and their work was excellent and thorough.

Flooring and painting
Like any renovation job there were some hiccups during the work. However what makes Matt truly exceptional is his response to any problems that came up! I couldn't have asked for a better result! Would absolutely recommend them and look forward to working with them to get my kitchen upgraded in the future!
