Did a great job at no extra cost and done on time, great employee customer relations

Dmitriy and his team are amazing, very expirienced and knowledgeable. They delivered excellent service and beautiful work. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and service we received. From when we signed the contract to the completion of the job, we knew we were in good hands.

I was impressed with the response time, they kept their word and were very punctual. The work was done with precision and super clean. Dmitriy, the manager is very professional and offered great advise when making decisions on product, such as colour and materials that best matched my house.

Im very happy we chose GTA railings to install our porch railing. Michael and Dimitri were great. Michael was easy to reach, easy to deal with as well he maintained an open line of communication throughout. Dimitri was was patient calm and meticulous. He came to take measurements and did the actual installation, ensuring it was completed within the time frame as promised. He did a wonderful job . Very happy with how the rails turned out. They listened to any concerns I may have had. I would recommend them.

Just had GTA Railings install the stainless steel front porch handrail. The guys were very quick to respond with the different options for aluminum and stainless steel. We really needed to see different materials in person to decide, so they arranged for a time for us to vising their showroom and show different shapes and what it would look like. The quote was reasonable. Took a couple of weeks to manufacture and a couple hours to install. Everything was done very professionally, they even came next day to check that everything is fine. Pleasure to deal with.

Wow. We had originally thought of going with the DIY kits from the big box stores thinking about the budget. Then I thought of checking out HomeStars for railing companies and am so glad I did. I found GTA Railings and based on their great reviews, I decided to give them a call. From the first measurements and quote from Dmitriy to the final installation by John, they were great. Actually less expensive than the kits and it looks much, much better as well.
