I highly recommend Alex and Pulsar Construction to build your new deck. Alex was responsive and helpful throughout. I really appreciated his feedback along the way, and our deck turned out fantastic. Looking forward to many years of trouble free use!

We recently hired Pulsar Construction to build a backyard deck for us. We are extremely pleased with the deck that Alex built. We now have a beautiful and easy to maintain deck that we are looking forward to using when the weather gets warmer. Alex is very knowledgeable about the products that he presented when we were deciding which product and color to use. We were impressed with the great care he took in building the strong foundation and framing for the deck. When he was putting on the decking he was meticulous in making sure that the boards fit together perfectly. We highly recommend hiring Pulsar Construction if you want a professional quality built deck. It was a pleasure meeting Alex and his helper. They were friendly and took time to explain the building process and were very willing to answer any questions that we had.

It's amazing how just the two of them could get this deck built to such high standards in just over 2 weeks, including rain delays. They were discrete and hard working and did not disrupt the rest of the family as the construction went along. Friendly consultation to determine what we wanted. Alex gave us a quotation with the options as we wanted. Then we got a heatwave with record temperatures, but the deck is fantastic, and will be the centerpiece of the backyard. Thank!

This is the second time I have used Pulsar Construction to build a patio deck. Alex and his team do an amazing job. I had Alex build a 16x14 ground level deck using composite materials. The finished product looks amazing. Everyone who sees the deck is amazed on how good the back yard looks and how well its built. My old deck had rotted beyond repair, and had become both an eyesore and a hazard. I researched deck builders and reached out to Pulsar based on the reviews here. Boy, I'm glad I did! Alex came by for assessment and spent over an hour thoroughly reviewing what needed to be done. After accepting his estimate, the Pulsar team got started with hauling away the old deck, and then prepping the space for the new deck. Alex is a true craftsman. Every element of the new deck, from the footings to framing to deck surface fit perfectly. He takes no shortcuts, and I have no doubt this deck will last for decades. He was also very helpful with suggestions and built the new deck around our two large lilac trees (which I had expected we would lose) and it looks awesome! All in all, an amazingly high quality finished product, and at a very reasonable price. I feel terrific about our engagement with Alex and the Pulsar team. All the positive reviews on here echo my experience with the company. If you're considering a new deck, or a replacement, I wouldn't hesitate to give Pulsar my highest recommendations!!

I had a composite backyard deck built over an existing cement slab. Friendly helpful service, done on time, as promised. It was a very enjoyable experience with Alex Rachinsky.
