    Our old deck has been replaced by a newer and better one

    Our old deck was badly in need of repair. We contacted PULSAR Construction for a quote. Alex came to our home promptly and spent considerable time assessing our current deck, giving us some wise suggestions on replacing the entire deck with proper foundations rather than a short term patchwork fix of replacing only the deck boards. Alex gave us a comprehensive quote which we were satisfied with. We were fortunate that Alex was able to commence the job fairly soon and that the weather was good except for the last day when it rained. Alex and his crew worked on our job every day until it was completed. They left the jobsite very neat and tidy at the end of every day. Then finished deck is a testament to Alex's attention to detail, his extensive experience in construction, his knowledge of building code and the deck is built "better than code" . We would highly recommend PULSAR construction for any job and particularly for complex ones.

    NEW DECK WITH AZEK CAPPED POLYMER DECKING

    Alex and his helper were professional from day one. Emailed for a quote and he showed up a day later. Gave us a few quotes and options and plenty of recommendations that helped us with our decision. Once demo and construction started he was always prompt and left the work site clean and tidy. His workmanship is top notch and his attention to detail is second to none. The end product was amazing, on time and on budget. If you want a deck that is done right and last as long as your home go with Alex and Pulsar Construction. A+++++

    Backyard Deck Built

    My husband and I shopped around, we did what most people do. We got three quotes some quotes were lower. But we were not concerned about the price it was the quality of work was our number one concern. We chose Alex owner of Pulsar Construction right from our first meeting with him, he knew what he was talking about. Thank Alex for the beautiful work you have done. You were patient with us, as we had a lot of questions. Very kind and generous, one of the days he was building the deck my kids and I notice our hot water tank was dripping water Alex came and saved my day. What remarkable work you do. I would most definitely refer you to anyone that asks.

    Backyard deck replacement

    Our house was built in the 1980's and when we purchased it almost 20 years ago, everything felt fine so there were no plans for upgrades. Time really flew for us and suddenly we realized that we had not been using the deck for years due to it being "original" and absolutely unsafe. Alex answered my search for a contractor, in fact I had multiple estimates from different companies. In the end we chose to go with Alex/Pulsar Construction since he was the only contractor who educated us about bylaws and what a properly built deck should look like. The professionalism and work ethic from Alex and his crew was top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex and his company to all of my friends and family. We are so happy now to have a SAFE and beautiful space in the back for our family to enjoy.

    Deck Replacement

    We were looking to replace a 30 year old deck ... Alex and Pulsar Construction did a tremendous job in giving us exactly what we asked for and more. High quality work, very thorough, strong work ethic, fairly priced, the site was left clean every day - we are very pleased with the results and we would highly recommend Alex and Pulsar Construction!

    Backyard Deck Replacement

    I knew after reading the testimonials about Pulsar Construction and my pre-project discussions with them, that I would be very pleased with my new deck. However, the end result goes far beyond my initial expectations. I am blown away by the quality, attention to detail, and work ethic that went into this project. I couldn’t be happier with my new outdoor space and highly recommend Pulsar Construction for all decking needs.     Remove and Replace deck

    An excellent experience from Quotation, demolishing and removing old deck through to installing the new deck. Alex and his assistant are very hard working and skilled at deck building. We are extremely happy with the results and would recommend Pulsar Construction for deck replacements of any size and complexity. The attention to details was amazing. They are very respectful of your property throughout the process, cleaning up at the end of everyday. Our deck is 18 ft by 41 ft with a smaller area 5 ft by 10 ft. Thanks for a great job..     Backyard Deck Built

    I was fortunate enough to have Alex from Pulsar Contruction build my deck from the ground up. From the first communication to the last, he was professional, courteous, timely and very efficient. Alex explained everything very clearly to me and responded to any questions I had promptly. What a positive experience I had. I would highly recommend him to others.

    Backyard Deck Replacement

    Our deck needed to be replaced and we found Alex’s quote to be the most reasonable. He was very professional throughout the process. Our backyard was kept tidy by his helper and himself which was appreciated. No need to worry about screws and nails left around with small children. We are very happy with our new deck and everything was as per the quote. Alex is also very good at explaining anything you may want to know as the deck is being built. Would recommend Pulsar.

    COMPOSITE BACKYARD DECK

    Alex gave a lot of his time and expertise to help us design our new composite deck. He does the most meticulous work I have ever seen. He took a lot of time and effort to get everything just so. He and his helper were very careful to avoid damaging the flower beds surrounding our new deck. This impressed and pleased my wife no end. Alex is friendly and very responsive to his clients wishes. He goes out of his way to give the customer what they want. I highly and without reservation recommend Alex as the man to build your next deck. You will not be disappointed in the least.
