When my old water tank burst causing flooding I needed a fast replacement. After seeing a bunch of positive reviews, I decided to call Ash. He was super responsive and easy to work with, which made everything a lot less stressful. The same day his crew showed up and started the replacement. The install team was professional and friendly. They had everything replaced quickly and cleaned up afterward. They also took the time to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Ash and his crew and I'm very happy no one had to take a cold shower.

I contacted Ash after seeing some good reviews from satisfied homeowners on an online forum. We worked out a great deal over just a couple of text messages. He gave a great recommendation for the size of my home and I have been very happy with the install. He scheduled me in to have the coils upgraded in my hvac system and a new outdoor ac unit. His team worked very quickly (job was completed within an hour or two) and was very courteous (placed drop sheets on my carpeted stairs, hauled away old equipment). I made the switch to tankless after my relatively new (7.5 years) traditional water heater started leaking from the tank. It was an unplanned switch as I discovered the leak when the water heater stopped working late on a Sunday evening. I immediately started to research replacement options and I came across several informative forum posts (RFD) by Ash from Fair Deal Heating & Air Conditioning. After reading several positive reviews about Ash's work I sent him a message just before midnight to ask if his service area extended my way. I had a reply first thing Monday morning asking me to send him pictures of my current setup and offering to provide a quote. After mentioning my interest in a tankless system I learned he would need to come out to do a gas load calculation. I knew this didn't make sense given the distance (I already suspected I was pushing it) and it would have been understandable if the conversation ended there. Thats not what happened thoughAsh worked with me to determine that tankless could be feasible as I was able to provide sufficient information about my houses gas demands. Ash and I continued to text back-and-forth for several hours. He recommended the Rinnai RX199 model but I decided to go with the RXP199 because the recirculation feature made sense with the plumbing in my house. Its noteworthy that Ash never tried sell me on the RXP199 after I initially expressed interest in it despite it being the more expensive option. He did, however, tell me about the group-buy opportunity to save some money. His willingness to answer all of my questions and his responsiveness really stood out. He was incredibly patient the entire time and never pressured me into making a decision. I was hoping to have the work done quickly but I know HVAC companies are very busy so I didnt have any expectations. Ash had a crew out the next morning to do the installation! There were some challenging things with my setup but Raj and Luvi were courteous, worked clean, and took time to explain the system and maintenance details before leaving. I feel it is important to share my experience and add to all the positive reviews of Fair Deal Heating & Air Conditioning. Replacing a water heater on short notice is stressful and these reviews saved me the exhaustive work of contacting multiple HVAC companies, waiting for estimates, and comparing quotes, etc. I was able to hire Ash with confidence knowing that he is a trustworthy individual who does good work at a fair price. I can see why hes earned that reputation and I would highly recommend Fair Deal Heating & Air Conditioning.

From the get-go, Ash was very up front and transparent about the different options to replace an aged AC unit. He asked about how long we intend to keep our home, what we hoped to achieve with the new AC unit, what we hoped was better from the previous unit. This was extremely helpful in selecting the right option. When we landed on a decision, his team was prompt, friendly and extremely tidy on the install. His pricing was fair and his abundance of experience was well worth it. You could tell he was honest and did not take every chance to upsell.
