Aubrey was thorough in providing us with exactly what we wanted. Measuring was accurate and installation quick and precise. No mess left behind either.

My husband and I bought a property which was in desperate need of new windows and doors. I found Aubrey on Homestars and because he had such great reviews I decided to give him a call. Aubrey is very knowledgable, informative and very passionate about what he does. He gave us great suggestions on what style of windows to choose and how he was going to install the windows. He suggested brick to brick. We had quotes from other companies. Aubrey was the only one that made sense with his quote and how he was going to do the installation. Aubrey was the only one that suggested brick to brick installations, whereas the other companies suggested retrofit installation. Looking back and with Aubrey's advice, we don't know how they could have suggested doing a retrofit installation with this particular home. Aubrey also took the time to get his men to fix the broken bricks under the window seals and to even out the cement under the new doors. This showed us how much pride he takes in his work. Everything had to be perfect. My husband and I are so grateful for his work. Everyone who has come by is truly impressed with the quality of work that was done to this old home. Aubrey's crew were on time and cleaned up after themselves and were also very nice to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend Aubrey and his team with no hesitation. He deals with many people in this business and with his calm demeanour even during stressful situation makes him a real pleasure to work with. Call Aubrey for your new windows and doors!!!:) You will not be disappointed.

Having just had our sliding patio door replaced by Aubrey Benson and his installer Abraham, I wanted to convey my total satisfaction with Aubrey's professionalism and strong desire to get the job done perfectly to our satisfaction. As well, we really appreciated the quality and politeness that Abraham displayed, both in the installation, as well as making sure that we were totally satisfied with the job. The cost was very reasonable, and even Aubrey's follow-up to make sure all was done properly and timely. Very much appreciated to Vision, and specifically to Aubrey and Abraham. I wouldn't think twice of referring this company to looking for door or window installations.

We were looking to have 17 windows of our home replaced last summer. We had owner Aubrey came to the house. His vast experience and detailed knowledge of his products as well as his honesty in recommending the right product for our home was refreshing and appreciated as other window companies were not as forthcoming. Aubrey provided a fair and reasonable written estimate which we accepted. The windows were delivered on time and the installation done within one day! Aubrey's installers were professional, friendly and cleaned up after the work was completed. This was one of those rare home renovation occasions that went smoothly without any issues. We are planning a major renovation in the spring of next year and have already consulted with Aubrey regarding new windows and sliding door. We will use Vision Windows and Doors again and would absolutely recommend Aubrey to friends and family.

Full replacement of all windows - excellent work and great people. Aubrey was very accommodating to our needs and desires, and gave good advice on alternative designs. Taras (installer) was amazing - 1 person; very high quality installation; very clean and neat. Arrived exactly when they said; and reliable - 1 window arrived from the factory with wrong glass - it was replaced same day.
