Great company with real professionals and affordable prices. Andrei diagnosed, explained and eliminated two problems for us - with a stink in the laundry room due to an incorrect connection of the washing machine, and with a leaky bath tub. He was extremely polite and patient during the conversation, came on time, proposed the least intrusive solutions, and was very attentive, careful and clean in his work. Thanks a lot, Andrei amazing job!

John is a consummate professional and I highly recommend him for any plumbing issues. He hooked up a new dishwasher in our renovated kitchen, installed a kitchen and bathroom faucet, unclogged the kitchen and bathroom drains and fixed a toilet. His price is reasonable and he is highly experienced, reliable and neat. I will definitely call Dima Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Our garden shut valve started to leak after the winter season. I sent John some pictures and we agreed on the day he could come. He showed up right on time, and installed the new valve. Everything is perfect now. Thank you!

I highly recommend Dima Plumbing. After contacting several plumbers I was told they have to come out & see before issuing a quote. When I contacted Dima, John asked a few questions & after viewing the photos he said I needed a new diverter spout & matching cartridge. I contacted Moen, received the replacement parts & John installed them the next day. I will definitely call Dima Plumbing whenever I need a plumber!!

This is the second time I use Dima Plumbing in the past few weeks and I couldn't be happier to have found them!!! First time I replaced five valves including the main valve and today I had a leaky toilet that John just replaced. They were able to accommodate me in their busy schedule to address the leaking issue quickly. John and Andrei are professional, prompt, and very pleasant to deal with. May 2024 - Cost of Repair $250 A 20 year old toilet shut off valve went defective and was leaking. Texted DIMA, he was in area and was at the door in 10 minutes. Was surprised when it was Andre that came, John's son, following in his father's footsteps. Job took about 30 minutes. Andre explained everything to me along the way. 2. August 2024 - Cost of Repair $250 A pipe joint developed a pinhole leak in our basement. Water was all over the floor. Called DIMA again. Andre was there as soon as he was able and replaced the joint. He arrived on time and kept in communication advising me as to his ETA the entire time. Andre is personable and explains everything. DIMA plumbing prices are extremely reasonable. If I ever need any other plumbing repair DIMA plumbing will me my "go to" company. Thank you for both jobs, Andre

Dima was prompt and professional. He did his work quickly and had every appearance of knowing what he was doing. I would most definitely recommend him.

I needed to remove a bidet beside the toilet to comply with my condo building regulations. John came and did everything, disconnect from and reconnect to water supply, and remove the bidet itself. In and out all in less than 15 minutes. Very speedy service and job very well done.
