John does excellent work and is committed to customer service and satisfaction. I use Dima plumbing for all our plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

John was timely and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the various issues in our toilets and all issues were resolved.

John was on-time, quickly verified the issue and cleared the blocked drain within 30 minutes. He was very professional, suggested a simple preventive maintenance routine and was a pleasure to deal with.

John was originally supposed to come the following day, but I got lucky and an appointment opened up same-day to fix my clogged kitchen sink. I had tried all the usual tricks of baking-soda & vinegar and snaking my drain but needed the industrial tools. John came and fixed everything up in minutes and my kitchen cabinet is cleaner after he left than before he came! Very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

I called Dima Plumbing based on a referral as I didnt want to use my condos recommended plumbing company. That company did mediocre work. I needed my bathroom toilet repaired and John was professional, provided a reasonable estimate, and was able to come quickly even though my issue wasnt urgent. He presented his business card once I opened my door which I thought was a nice touch and rarely seen these days. He completed the repair within minutes and answered all my questions. Ill be sure to call John again if I need an excellent plumber!

I called John for a kitchen sink that clogged up and a bathroom toilet that needed repair. He replied quickly and professionally and came within a couple of hours. Incredible service! +++ So glad to have found John, as now our go to master plumber. He is very professional, reasonably priced, highly skilled and a true gentleman. Getting an accurate quote from John was quick and easy - I submitted pictures with my job list using their web form, received a fair quote within the hour, and a few minutes later I was able to book a convenient time with him. He came on time and communicated 30 minutes on the dot before arrival. He installed a handheld bidet sprayer with hot and cold water connection and a pair of water hammer arrestors for my front loading high efficiency washer. He worked clean and efficiently and checked everything with me before wrapping up. Highly recommend him and will be calling him for all my plumbing needs going forward.

I had a leaky bathroom faucet and required a quick solutions but I also am primary care for my elderly dad who is high risk, so I wanted a company that would be delicate to my circumstances. When I spoke with John he put my mind to ease and mentioned what he can do for protocol. I initially thought I needed a complete faucet change but after review, John mentioned I required a new cartridge which was not as expensive as initially quoted. I booked John for his honesty as I sent the same details to several other companies who quoted $800-$1200. John came within a 24 hour turn around time and fixed the leak in my faucet! I will definitely use again as the service level surpassed my expectation. Thank you again! EDIT 4/17/2023 Booked John for a second job to replace an outside nozzle which was leaking. John is very easy to work with and in/out for this job in less than an hour with no mess to clean up after. My go-to company for my plumbing needs now! Thank you again
