    New siding and water damage reno

    Kaloozie Comfort promised and delivered. We took Mark’s advice and decided to not just fix the bad water damage on some spots, but renovate and upgrade the siding of our house completely. The water damage was greater than we thought, hiding rotted wood, black mold and carpenter ants. Donald and Eric are very skilled and detailed oriented, worked extra hard to finish the project to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Kaloozie Comfort.

    Siding replacement

    Had a soft spot appear in our siding (original from 1988) under a south-facing window, and asked for quotes to fix it. Was concerned that we'd have to replace all of the siding. Mark from Kaloozie inspected all the siding and decided the rest was in very good shape, so gave a quote only for the one side with new canexel siding. His team came in, found the problem was caused by moisture damage to the framing from a bad window replacement job, and gave a reasonable estimate to repair/replace the framing (included handling an ant nest that had moved in), and managed everything with no delay. Very pleasant people to deal with, and extremely competent and communicative. The result was fantastic. We have no problem recommending them!

    Gutters times 2

    Kaloozie was recommended by my roofing company and I am glad we got in their busy schedule for this relatively small eavestrough job. Mark handled the estimate and advice, professional and friendly. Paul and Jonathon were quick, professional and did quality work installing 2 gutters and downspouts on our gazebo and garage. We are super pleased and highly recommend these folks!

    Siding transformation

    We decided to cover our 40 year old cedar siding with vinyl and are very happy we chose Kaloozie Comfort to do the job. Marc provided great advice that helped with colour decisions for siding, soffits and fascia. Both Marc and his crew (Donald and Eric) answered all questions as needed. The end result was fantastic. Marc visited the site daily. Prior to leaving each day, a clean up was done by the crew. We would highly recommend Kaloozie Comfort.

    Eavestrough replacement

    Unbelievable service, very competitive quote for high quality workmanship. Mark is very responsive and helpful, and takes full responsibility for the job being done well, and the customer being completely satisfied with the end result. This was my first time using Kaloozie, and it won’t be the last.

    Soffits

    Great company and both Mark and Carl were easy to work with. They answered my many questions without hesitation. I live in a very old house, but they were able adapt the products, to fit my situation. Many cuts! Carl works so hard, barely stopped, and had the job completed in 16 hours. I highly recommend KALOOZIE COMFORT.

    Siding replacement

    Mark promised we'd be "cozy by Christmas", and he delivered, within the timeline and budget we discussed. Our old siding needed replacing and while we expected to have to wait until Spring, we were pleasantly surprised to have it done now. Mark's crew of Eric and Don did a great job - we're warm and it looks great. We highly recommend Kaloozie Comfort. Thanks Mark!

    New siding

    Replaced old metal siding with new vinyl. Very detail oriented. Everything had to be perfect before payment as per the owner. Took a little longer than expected and would have liked to see a daily clean-up, but otherwise, HIGHLY RECOMMEND .

    Eaves Trough

    Mark and his team were great. They installed eaves trough on my log home. Very professional. His crew were polite experienced went above and beyond. Left the job site tidy and clean. Cost was within industry average. I did have to wait 6 weeks for installation but it was well worth the wait.
