    Compliment for technician Sumeet

    I'm very happy with the service of the technician Sumeet. He was very knowledgeable, he could resolve the issue with ease, he could explain the problem and guided me on usage of the Air Conditioner. He was helpful, polite, approachable very ethical and professional. I rate him 10 on 10. Thank you for repairing the AC.

    AC maintenance

    Our Technician provided excellent customer service for our annual AC maintenance detecting some insects which blocked the sensor as well gave useful advice on Furnace maintenance.

    Ductless AC Unit

    From start to finish, this was a very positive experience. When Asif came out to give us our initial quote, he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in a professional manner. He followed up to all of my email questions, and kept us up to date on the status of our installation date and details. Jean and Osamah were the men that completed the installation, and we could not be happier with the quality and tidiness of their work. They went through their plan with us before they began their work, and completed the installation in 1 day. Before leaving, they took time to show us the various components of the unit, how to work the remote, and outlined the maintenance schedule with us. Thank you for a job well done!

    Service A/C, Furnace and Hot Water Tank

    Had regular servicing completed today (August 11th, 2021) and I was extremely impressed. Tech came early, wore protective equipment and walked me through the entire process. He explained maintenance tips and very nice to communicate with. I would definitely recommend. A+ work and A+ customer service. Very competitive prices with no hidden fees. Will be recontacting for future service and repairs.

    Last Minute AC Repair

    My ac unit broke and they we fast to come and repair it. The technician gave me a lot of good points and was very nice.

    Seamless AC install

    We had a technician from this company come to check out our AC unit due to its age (36 years old). He recommended replacing it. Asif Khan called and came by to check it out and advised our options. There was no pushy sales pitch. He was professional and clearly explained everything. The install was completed two days later. The crew arrived on time, they were knowledgeable, polite and tidy. They took time to answer all my questions, and it was obvious they took pride in their workmanship. It really was a seamless experience from start to end. Thank you for the great service!

    Smart Thermostat - New 5 Wire Installed

    Asif and his team impressed us once again today. They came to hook up a new 5 wire thermostat wire in our downtown Toronto home so our Google Nest smart thermostat would work properly. The old 4 wire couldn’t keep the Nest battery charged. The installation went very smoothly. The technician was on time, courteous, and professional. He worked carefully, efficiently and completed the job without any problem. And he left the worksite immaculately clean. He also inspected our HVAC system to make sure everything was good. It was a joy to see the system reboot without any glitches and so now we have a smart thermostat we can control from the app on our phone wherever we are. My husband and I are so impressed by the quality of service Asif and his staff provide. They are friendly, trustworthy, and deliver a level of customer service that is beyond compare. We have never had a better experience with a contractor!

    Ductless mini split installation

    Furnace AC Experts did a professional job installing the ductless mini split in our home. Asif is quite knowledgeable and professional. The team was polite, offered advice and alternative solutions and they completed the job in 2.5 days. I would recommend Furnace AC Experts for your heating and cooling projects.
