    Furnace

    Great job don’t but surprised no one was wearing a mask. We did but workers did not

    Hi Michael, thanks for providing your feedback. We understand how important is the mask this time and our technicians are following the guidelines by public health. They are wearing masks when they enter customer's house and talking to them while maintaining the physical distance but when they are working in Furnace room on their own then it is hard for them to wear masks as there is less air flow and are working physically. We hope you understand.

    Ductless AC and Hyper Heat Pump

    I contacted Furnace AC Experts to install a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Pump in my garage. I have a dog kennel in the garage for my two dogs. They dogs stay there when we are not home for a few hours. So far the heat pump has been working very well at keeping the garage temperature very comfortable for the dogs (and me too). I spoke to a number of contractors before going with AC Experts. The quote provided was very reasonable. The service and follow-up from Asif and the on-site technicians was first rate. They did everything they said they would do. I am very happy with the unit and I am very happy with the quality of the workmanship provided. I would recommend them to others.

    They were very honest and amazing service. A very reliable and professional company. After job was completed, followed up which makes them stand out as a company.

    Furnace experts = FAIL

    Horrible experience with Furnace Experts regarding the installation of my two (2) Mitsubishi ZUBA Systems. Damaged my air exchange unit when de-installing old furnaces and promised to fix it, made numerous excuses for not being able to repair or replace it. Very unprofessional to say the least, sold me on their expertise as Mitsubishi Certified installers yet the guys installing both told me that they have never done an install like this. They have the audacity to post pics of my install like it was a positive experience. Will exercise my legal options as their owner is simply ignorant and is not interested in doing the right thing. My advise “do not deal with this Company” as they will do shorty work and leave you with a sub-par system. Sad with the money spent on these systems to have this as the result!

    Mr. Brad Sparkmen, I think you should read your contract again that we were responsible for installation of two Mitsubishi Zuba systems and we were not responsible for any existing equipment repair or replacement. You had an old Carrier HRV which was working or not and you asked us to connect it with the new Zuba system. We tried to connect your old HRV but there was some problem in your HRV. You cannot make us responsible for anything we didn't sell and install. We scheduled our technician along with the Mitsubishi team whenever you asked for. Mitsubishi technicians visited for final commissioning and test run. Your Mitsubishi system installed by our company is running as per the manufacturer's guidelines and we still honor warranties on the equipment we installed and again not responsible for equipment we didn't install. I hope you will understand our limitations.

    Regret geting involved with this company

    What a mistake was to get involved with them. Terrible instalation with many mistakes made. Equipment was leaking water. Finally they sent a different technician that solved some of the problems. Two years later I have a knocking sound coming out that they have not been able to fix. I have called them several times and the people that come are useless. Go with a different company.

    Hello Mr. Harry,  Your HVAC system is working fine for both heating & air conditioning for the last two years since installation is done. This year in August we came out for regular servicing and tune-up of your Furnace and AC. At that time there was no knocking noise coming and which you also confirmed over the phone. After your service appointment you called us back about this knocking sound and we rescheduled our technician on your request immediately. When our technician was there he didn't notice any unusual noise coming out from the Furnace and you also confirmed that there was no noise at that time. Now I'm surprised to see your review, rather than calling us back about this noise started again but anyways as per my phone conversation with you today we are scheduling our service tech third time to go back and check your furnace knocking noise and fix it. As a Carrier FAD dealer and professional HVAC company we are committed to provide you with excellent service and always here to care about our customers.

    Tankless water heater and new furnace

    We have been very satisfied to date with the supply, install and service received from Furnace and AC Experts. They've been honest, provided a speedy and fair quote, and made good recommendations that were right for us, rather than always most profitable for them.     Outstanding Sales, Installation and Support!!

    I should have written this a long time ago, but I just called them to get my annual furnace check and thought, I should do this now! I decided three years ago to get new central air conditioning and made several inquires to companies and was very impressed by their initial response as well as my consultation meeting with Asif. He was very professional, not pushy or hard selling. His approach was as a consultant and not just to sell me anything. I had an idea of what I wanted and with his knowledge and understanding of my needs, I was able to choose a unit that was perfect for me. Installation was perfect and again, very professional. I was so impressed that a year later, without hesitation, I called Asif again to get a new furnace. We went through a similar process and everything was great again. I would highly recommend Furnace and AC Experts based on the great experience I have had with two purchased with them!

    Air Con and Furnace Replacement

    We are planning to change our Air con and Furnace in a couple of months and we decided to shop around to get any good deals and of course we would like the same brand as we had for more than 25 years, which was Carrier Air-conditioner also we need to change our furnace too. We called other stores; I don’t want to mention their names, but the person I talked to was hesitant to come to our home because of COVID, he just wanted to quote everything on the phone and don’t want to look the existing air-con and furnace. I found this company, when I was shopping at Lowes and got their calling card and called Asif. Asif is a professional person, he immediately booked an appointment and he gave us a good deal, because of combo-Air-con and Furnace. Also, the two guys, who installed both Air-con and Furnace was amazing too, they are so friendly, polite and they clean after, no mess left behind. I will recommend this company to all and you will not regret.

    Sale and Installation of AC and Furnace

    We couldn't have been more pleased with the way this project was done by Furnace & AC Experts. Asif was clear and concise in his communication with us and everything happened on schedule and according to what we had been promised. The installers, Hadi and John, were punctual, skilled and took particular care in protecting our wood floors when bringing equipment in and out of the house. They explained everything clearly and were meticulous in cleaning up their work areas. They were polite, respectful, friendly, accommodating and did their installation with minimal disruption to our schedule. We would highly recommend Furnace & AC Experts to anyone in need of service or installation of an AC or furnace.
