Eliminate the risk when selecting a contractor for your HVAC needs. These guys were awesome. Asif explained everything up front and helped us understand the rebate programs etc. John and Hadi did a very professional job on the installation and explained everything they were doing. They also setup the new system to our requirements, left a clean job site and were in and out in one day. Top notch service.

We needed to replace our broken furnace. After googling several companies, I decided to give Furnace and AC Experts a call for their very good reviews. Asif came to the house and explained to me, my husband and our 18 year old grandson, everything about furnace. Asif is very knowledgeable and will answer all questions asked. Without hesitation, we decided to get the Carrier Infinity from them. The installation was very smooth and was on time. The technicians, Haddid and the other guy was very professional, well trained, very pleasant and will answer all my questions. The clean up was exceptional. We installed a regular Water Heater from Furnace AC Experts. We were out of hot water and it was a difficult situation when we have some guest in home in this vacation. They have the best technician. I have even booked my AC service from them.

I have had this AC unit for over 25 years and have had it serviced many time over the period. It was not cooling well and was making a loud cracking noise when I called AC Experts. Dante did a more thorough job cleaning and servicing the unit that any other company ever has. It’s cooling better than ever and the noise is gone. Highly recommended! John

We just had our new air source heat pump installed by Asif and his crew. The Mitsubishi Zuba Central System is super quite and the AC portion is just what we needed for our home since there was not AC previously. The cost for this unit is on high side but with government rebate of $5500 which Furnace AC Experts submit, it makes it almost comparable to brand new high efficiency oil / propane / AC unit being installed, we do not have Gas out in the country. The benefit of having a heat pump it should be a lot more energy efficient and reduce the cost of heating. Asif customer service skills and knowledge are superb any concerns or issues we would have were addressed in timely manner! Furnace AC Experts offer best warranty we could find on their installation, 10 year parts and 10 year labour coverage is just extra security. If you are looking for a professional installation / great customer service please consider Furnace AC Experts Inc.
