    New name, same great service

    New name, but the same great service. The driveway is always cleared in the morning and before getting home from work. I love the fact they use blowers rather than plows, much easier on the driveway.

    Snow removal

    Being a start up company, I was a little hesitant, but knew the service Ken provided in the past so I decided to give Metro a chance. I'm not the least bit sorry I did. Great job done by all. Love the emails and tractor updates.

    Snow removal

    Metro snow and ice is exceptional good. I have never had a problem with this company. I have enjoyed their service and his emails. He lets you know it's going to snow and when they will start. I have enjoyed their service but I also wish metro would do bells corners. Please keep up the good work. K2g6b9

    Metro Snow Removal team!

    I always find the guys who do the removal very friendly and accommodating! Ken Dale is very good at communicating what's happening get on snow days! Love this company and would recommend them all the time.

    Snow Removal

    Best service ever. Great value for money. Have been with Ken for 8+ years. Recommend Metro to all my family & friends. Love the newsletters as well as the tractor alerts. We received a complementary brining this season, will be something that I explore for next season. Hats off to the hardworking, friendly drivers.

    Snow clearing at its best!

    We signed with Ken and his crew again this year as we have in previous years. May have a different name but the service is still exceptional. Ken and his team always communicate clearly and follow though on their plan. Very impressed. Love the emails and I even brag to my coworkers when I get my emails at work. Will definitely renew next year!

    Competition works

    In previous years there was one player in our neighbourhood. This year, competition opened up. We decided to follow Ken, and are absolutely happy that we did. Metro, his new venture, competed and won fair and square.

    Snow Removal - Residential

    I have used Metro, previously Appleseed, for the past 8 winters and I am very please with their service. They send e-mails when snow is expected and tell you the plan and what you can expect, they keep the driveway clear and even come when they don't have to. They even brined the driveway for free when we had ice this winter. I'm sad that I will be moving to an area that they don't service. I would highly recommend them and hope that they expand so that I can get them again in the future.

    Metro owned by Ken Dale is great!

    Metro has provided excellent service right from the beginning with getting me the contract in professional packaging very early in the season. Metro has not disappointed at all - Ken Dale's team is professional and has taken excellent care of my property. The driveway is clean after each snow and I am amazed that Metro drivers appear very shortly after the city plow comes. I was always able to get in and out of my driveway! I also appreciate the emails, in advance of each snowfall, that let me know the exact plan that Metro will be following and, likewise, the driver tracking alerts to let me know when the drivers are in my area! Excellent first year and I look forward to their service for years to come.

    Snow removal & ice mgt

    Excellent service !!! That is for their prompt service and quality of snow removal. I tried the new ice brining service & it made a big difference. There signs should bein every driveway.
