Excellent and easy to deal with. They did a very nice job with our basement. What minor things came up during the process were communicated and dealt with properly. They also put back the shelving unit that had to be removed for the spray foam. Thanks again nice job.

We had a full basement renovation done by Basement Builders. From the first meeting with Don till we started moving furniture in, it was a great experience. They completed work within the expected time (3 months start to finish) and Murray and the team were really great. Would definitely recommend - if I ever have another basement to finish I will use them again!

When developing a basement, the process of planning, designing and execution can be quite overwhelming but the team at Basement Builders have a very structured process, which provided us the ease of mind and made this a very positive experience. From the initial meeting with Don to help us realize our vision, to the design selections with Kristina, project management by Murray and quality inspection by Chauntel, their whole team is very professional, responsive and customer focused. The on-site contractors themselves did a great job and mostly all were professional and respectful in their conduct. From cost and budget standpoint, we found them to be reasonably priced and delivered on schedule. We are very pleased with our basement and would highly recommend The Basement Builders if you are looking for quality product.

We wanted a space that allowed for a work from home office, and guest bedroom along with an additional living space. Basement builders was detailed, helped us stay within budget with a friendly design and was able to provide advice on specifics that led me to believe they were experts. Overall this was a great experience, weve worked with contractors before on renovations throughout our home but this was such an great experience. We had a very fast estimate and floorplan that was very detailed and easy to understand. We were paired with a designer that made the process easy & enjoyable. Construction started on-time and progressed consistently, the basement was kept clean and tidy throughout construction. Our Basement renovation was completed on-time and right on budget and we couldn't be happier with the result. I strongly recommended Basement Builders!
