I highly recommend working with Builders Group for any project. We didn't have any construction experience, and after a lot of analysis, we decided to go with these guys. The process was super clear, transparent, and professional. Our project manager (Murray) was excellent and informed us of the projects status regularly. Whenever we had questions or concerns, he was always available to kindly help us. The cost that was quoted from the beginning was what we ultimately paid without any variation. The entire construction process was very organized, professional, and clear. The final result was excellent, we couldn't be more satisfied. Our basement looks amazing, and the work quality and materials were wonderful. Everyone who has seen our basement has asked us who built it. Builders Group was the right choice, they really know their stuff and are top-notch. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Amazing work! We really had no idea what to expect with our basement renovations, figured it would be something long, arduous, and involved. Well, this team completely blew that out of the water. From the get go they were extremely responsive and took care of everything. They kept us apprised of changes to building codes that would require adjusments in our basement layouts and hardware. Once the work started we barely noticed they were there. The team were in and out without bothering us and extremely respectful of our space outside of the renovation. They had quoted us at the start the finish date for the project and kept on schedule. Next thing we know, theyre done 2 weeks early! Amazing work!

Have an older bungalow with a basement that had seen a few DIY "upgrades" over the years by previous owners. The space was cold and dim with drop ceilings and fake wood panelling. It was usable but not comfortable. We needed a complete tear-down and rebuild including a new furnace and water heater. Brought in a few companies for quotes, Basement builders was at the high end, but we went with them because they (Don) showed the most knowledge and experience, helping us figure out what could be done. Their experience was obvious, and we felt they were the best choice to properly do the work we needed. They helped us with a plan that worked with the space and their designer (Kristina) helped with the finishing touches. They gave a good explanation of how the process would proceed and got to work. Once the plans were made, Murray and Ben took care of everything, completely tearing out the old and rebuilding from scratch. One downside was that we didn't always know when or what would be happening, but that was clearly explained as how the process would work from the beginning so was not unexpected. The trades were all professional and friendly and would update us in on what they were working on. The entire process took around 18-20 weeks to complete, and the results were fantastic. The basement is now fully modern with proper lighting,heating, and windows. With a nice family room, bathroom, bedroom, and office, it has become the place we spend most of our time. A few months following the work we had some issues with the new water tank and found a few small fixes we needed dealt with. They responded to our requests right away and got everything taken care of quickly.

We had a great experience. I love our basement. The contractor's were professional and very clean. Once we made the design and approved the quote, things just moved quickly. They finished 3 weeks early. As a further bonus, they were very good not to let my cat out, and we're very good with my large dog. The workmanship is top notch. I sent an email inquiry in to Basement Builders on Saturday night this week, I needed some minor service work on a couple of led lights that were part of my build with them from 2019. I had an email back that night and a call from an electrician on Monday morning looking to help that afternoon. Unreal! We are still so happy with the work Basement Builders did for us and everyone who sees our basement is blown away. You can not go wrong with these guys.

After much online and in-person research, we decided to go ahead with Basement Builders for our Basement renovations. We started the discussion and documented everything on a storyboard, the Basement Builders team then started working on drawings, they took care of all the permits and worked with the City, which was very nice for us as the Homeowner. Basement Builders kept us informed in the loop and made sure there was no compromise on the trade and quality of the work. The Basement Builders team did their best to stay on top of the timeline, and we are very happy that in the end, everything worked out the way we wanted it to be including the timeline. The team did a great job and we would recommend Basement Builders to our friends and family.

We had our basement converted from completely unfished to fully finished. We a thrilled with the results. Basement Builders was helpful and walked through the whole process, and was happy to answer any questions or concerns we had. During the planning we had our input heard to build the basement how we wanted it. We we able to design the basement and it came out looking exactly how we hoped.
