Wow! Accountable, transparent, capable! Enjoyed the process from start to finish and love the finished product!!

Responsive, collaborative and high quality! Pride in the workmanship from each trade. From day one, it was obvious Mathew and Ben had the our best interests in mind. It sounds like a simple formula - keep the customers happy, but rarely do you get this level of service. I highly recommend the Basement Builders and would absolutely use them again in the future.

Work/craftsmanship was outstanding. Owner took time to really find out what we wanted. Finaly product was a completly customized basement exaclu how Iwanted it.

We did our homework and had three companies submit pricing after doing a detailed walk thru and Basement Builders was right in line and also sat down and explained what we were getting for the price point. On top of everything they mad it fun, their crews were incredibly friendly and respectful to our home and family. Do yourself a favour and when looking for any basement development or reno- forgot about the other guys and get in touch with Mat, Ben and Chris! From start to finish these guys are true professionals. Paid exactly what I was quoted, all the trades were respectful of our home, and the job was beautiful. Basement Builders took care of the entire process, from permits to inspections we did not have to do a thing; which is what we were looking for due to our busy schedule. The price we paid was comparable, even less in some cases, then other quotes we received from contractors who did not do all the little things these guys do. Seamless process, highly recommend.

The Basement Builders did an excellent job at developing our basement. They helped us develop the plans in a timely fashion and never oversold us on features. They are very thorough and responsive to any touch ups we requested until we were 100% satisfied. They completed the project on time and within budget. Communication via email was excellent. Overall we were satisfied with the Basement Builders and would recommend them to others!

Basement Builders is hands down the best renovation company that we have ever used. They designed and built us such an amazing basement. The transformation is truly incredible.
