Hello I used their duct cleaning services recently and had an excellent experience. Their technicians are very proffesional and have a great customer service. They showed me what they ll be doing . They also took pics of my duct before and after . This company knows what exactly they are doing.

Like the other reviewer, I too bought a coupon off on Group-on. Scheduled an appointment, they were there on time. But that's where everything went wrong. I to felt 'strong-armed' into purchasing the sanitizing package, and even had to pay for extra vents. They didn't wear booties, they just put a bunch of mats around. No one spoke english, I am 99.9% sure one tech was drunk, as he fell down my basement stairs. There were holes left in my ductwork afterwards, that I had to plug myself. The tech also left his drill behind?!? I highly recommend you stay away from this company, don't understand how they are still in business.

I purchased a coupon through Groupon for Unique Provider. It was for the 299$ Package for 119$. 60% off. Everything started off well. I called booked at appt. they got me in two days later. They showed up on time. Even EVERY time took shoes off at door. Nice! Then all hell broke loose. Even though on there website stats " NO HIDDEN costs"... BS! My package was for everything clean,semi-robotic and to have it sanitized etc. 300$ worth! Nope! He says I paid 119, I get 119 jobs worth! So no Sanitizing, charged me for extra hook ups, and when I refused to pay the 30$ +++ cause thats HIDDEN Costs they stopped and WALKED out!! Didn't even Finish the job!!!!!!!!! So, I paid 120 off groupon for a 300$ package. Didn't get what I thought I was suppose to get and didn't even get the job done! DO NOT use these guys!!!

AKA- UNIQUE PROVIDERS DUCT CLEANING Time- First warning sign- These guys showed up a hour and a half late even after calling at the scheduled time advising they would be at our house in 30min. Upon trying to call the the owner Naeem back to find out if they were still coming and calling their office NOBODY was answering the phone lines. This is also after they called earlier in the day asking if they could come earlier and I could not accomodate their request. Price- I purchased a Groupon for $120 which included just the very basics, 12 vents and 2 hook ups. No sanitization or anything else. They tried to upsell on everything; $15 on a new filter, $80 for sanitization, $10 each aditional vent, $10 disposable fee, $80 to clean the furnace which they said HAD to be done. Upon my husband inspecting it DID NOT have to be done. When my husband wasnt around he still tried pushing me into getting the work done complaining of his money troubles. The Job- A beat up dirty truck showed up. A quick lacked job. Naeem and his two sons showed up to do the job. Not one vent cover was removed. They just quickly stuck the air gun in and that was it. Closer to the end Naeem placed tape on the vent that would be spitting out all the dirt. After they removed the tape, but did not clean up the mess that was left all over which included mouse feces. This is after he was aware there was a two year little girl that runs around and myself who is going through chemotherapy. Both my husband and I were disappointed with the entire experience. We will not use this company again nor will we recommend them. I thought I was careful and read the reviews before purchasing, but, I didnt know the owners name until the day they were to show up- coincidently two of the ten star reviews have the same name as the owner. Hmmm. Save your money and spend it with a company whom you will provide quality work and will respect your family's home and importantly health.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A COMPANY WHO IS NADCA CERTIFIED IN BRAMPTON. UNIQUE DUCT CLEANING WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO HAD THIS CERTIFICATION IN BRAMPTON. THESE GUYS WERE ON TIME, HONEST AND EXPLAIN IN DETAIL HOW THE DUCT CLEANING PROCESS WORK. ONCE THE WORK WAS DONE RIGHT AWAY I COULD TELL THEIR WAS MORE AIR FLOW FROM THE VENTS.

We checked around very thoroughly and chose Unique Duct Cleaning to clean the ducts in our store. We chose them because the lady on the phone was quite helpful and explained everything precisely. When they arrived, they did an pretty impressive job and they were careful not to leave any mess behind. They even adjusted some of the dampers in my ducts at no extra cost. The airflow is much better now. I would recommend this company for anyone who need duct cleaning service.

I read Sam's review and I decided I should post my own experience with the company. Two gentlemen came from the company and explain the entire cleaning process. I watch them hook-up the pipe in the basement and clean each vent throughout the house. They than went down to the basement and began cleaning the duct work. The use the whipper tool (some sort of black rubber tool) in the duct work made alot of noise. They than tapped the duct work with a Hammer, and found some clunking noise in the duct work the gentlemen. Than made another small hole and began with the hammer tapping the debris out I was curious and asked him to remove the vacuum to see what comes out. He removed a giant 2x4 from my duct work ( I bought a brand new house). If he had not hit the duct work with the hammer he would have never discovered the piece. He than went onto the return side of the system. They removed all the grills from the side wall and sprayed in. I saw some dust blow back into the living room. He quickly cleaned it up. The gentlemen than went down and clean the return side of the system. They even checked the smaller pipes. They spent over 2 hours in my house. My wife and me are very happy with the service and are glad the gentlemen took the time to check each duct and the small hammer tapping was not a bad thing in my view having good clean air to breathe is more important to me. He did tell me in some new homes the builders are using such thin metal sheets now a day simple tap causes some bending. I was lucky my builder used a better quality HVAC company to install my ductwork. Good job Unique keep up the good work will call in two years again!

Two guys from this company came two year back for duct cleaning. Guys had absolutely no training on duct cleaning. They literally bent the covers of air inlets in all the rooms instead of unscerwing them. On top of that they hit on my ducts in basement so badly that two year later when I see those big dents on my ducts (my basement is unfinished), I repent why I called this worst ever duct cleaners. Their guys were hitting with hammer on my ducts saying they were trying to move dust. That was my first duct cleaning as a first time home buyer. Had I known at that time I would have kicked them out. I don't know how such companies get away with their business. I am writing this because I just saw rating of ten in couple of reviews which can mislead to some people who are looking for duct cleaning services. If you want to hire, don't hire these guys as they are not trained and can damage your ducts/vents. Hire somebody else. Sorry Guys, get the training first and have some respect for the properties of your customers.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Unique. The sales representative was honest and respectful. The crew that performed the service was also very professional and diligent. I will use Unique in the future for all my air quality needs and highly recommend its service.
