Excellent service and staff who were cognizant of the fact that our business was open and ensured that they covered all the displays and worked diligently to complete the work with minimal disruption to our business. A detailed report with pics was sent at the conclusion of the work which provided us with all the details and showed how clean the ducts were after they had completed their work. Will definitely use them again.

I contacted Diego and set up an appointment for cleaning. I had counted the vents and returns in my house and their rate seemed to be the best for the job. The 2 man team arrived promptly on the day of the appointment and started setting up the unit. One member walked down to the furnace while the other started prepping the vents for cleaning. It took them about 2-2.5 hours to get the whole house cleaned vent by vent (issues with air pressure as it was too cold) and then the main ducts were cleaned a few times to ensure that it was cleaned. We had 4 hookups thanks to the layout and that cost us more (it was however made clear at the time of reservation and there were no surprises) All in all, a quick & dirty process that required vacuuming the house after they left. Will definitely recommend Diego & his team to my friends.

This company is a great company. My dryer is on the second floor and most companies would not even entertained my request. Diego explained the pros and cons over the phone and sent an email confirmation to ensure I understood the work that would be completed in my home. The technicians were efficient and knowledgeable. They were even accommodating to our parking situation. They ensured to vacuum each end of the vent. They came down to explain what the condition of the vent was and what they did to clean it. I am very happy with the service and will use them again.

Unique Duct was prompt when answering my call and was able to come the next day for service. The called ahead of time, was on time and professional. We had the pleasure of working with Tariq who explained the process, benefits, and showed us before and after photos. We had full duct and furnace cleaning service and the price was fair, compared to other companies. We've used Unique 3 times in our past homes and have always been impressed with the level of professionalism. I wouldn't think twice to use this company again. Called day ahead to confirm. Arrived on time. Well organized set up. No mess efficient. Explained about the additional costs. Optional as well extra hook up to do a thorough job. One of the better duct cleaning jobs I have experienced. Prior duct cleaners did the bare minimum and charged more or the same. I didn't care for the odour of the sanitizer prevailing in the house. That me I guess I prefer my environment artificial odour free.

Very professionally done . they took care and all the vents was air blown. At the main furnace , the vent holes was created to air blow the the dust. i was really happy.

The original scope of work was only duct cleaning but the technician on site recommended that I get the furnace cleaned ($80.00) and A/C coil cleaned ($70.00) and also antibacterial (Mist - Fogging) SANITIZATION ($100.00) at an extra cost of $250.00 although he did give me a bit of a discount on the total cost. But I did tell him that I had got a new furnace and A/C unit installed just two years ago and did not think that these additional items were necesssary. Moreover, I think that the cost of $100.00 for SANITIZATION was very excessive. Also, in the original quotation I was not told about the $10.00 disposable fee but had to pay that on top of the original quoted amount. But overall the job was done in a very efficient and professional manner.
