Work was done professionally, clean and arrived on time. Explained and showed everything they were doing. Completed the job without any issues and were very thorough. Cleaned all ducts and dryer vent and we were surprised to the amout of dirt that was present.

Used the service April 4th , 2017 and I was quite happy with the outcome. The two technicians who came for duct cleaning were courteous and spent necessary time and effort to properly service the home. Showed up in an unmarked truck. Kind of sketchy. Vacuum line was old and short. Truck had to park very close to home and the truck exhaust set off CO2 detectors when work was nearly completed. First floor was covered in duct after "cleaning"... not exactly what I was expecting from a NADCA Professional. One of the workers said "it's dust". Yes we know it's dust, that's what we're trying to get rid of - not spread all over the bedroom! Workers were really nice, but I'm still cleaning up my first floor.

after having the fire department at my house for a gas leak the gas company turned off the gas. I was told by the Enbridge worker that my furnance most likely needed to be replace because the heat exchanged was destroyed so I went to the Internet and called a Bryant dealer which turned out to be Furnace & AC experts. I was in need of help due to the fact that it is winter and very cold out and they sent someone out to the house right away!! I was treated with respect and was informed of what my options were! I was not pushed into any work that I was not sure of! I was well informed and we came to an agreement that replacing the furnace was my best option. What meant a lot to me is that they made it so they were able to get my installation done the same day!!! They came when they said they would and the workers were polite and respected my home as it is very important to me!! They got done to business right away and kept me informed along the way. They got the job done and one of the managers came out when the furnace was installed and he inspected the completed work!! He was friendly and I felt confident that the work was completed properly!!! I was happy to have the heat back on before the house got cold and was happy to know that I could choose a payment plan if I could not pay in full on that day! All round I was happy with the job and booked to have my ducts cleaned by them at a later date!!

Great job done by the service man. What was promised they delivered. Very satisfied with the work and I will call them again next time around.

Every team member worked excilent and they were very cooperative and charged with service concept. All team members worked very hard to meet my satisfaction. I am happy with the work done.

Fantastic and friendly service. They arrived on time, and were very thorough; even taking the time to explain what they were doing, showed me some of the tools they were using and the purpose of using them. They also showed me before and after pictures, was very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Two labourers showed up. Not very personable. They were very messy and did not cover all appropriate areas very well or at all. One individual seemed very unhappy possibly with his job. After leaving they again didn't clean up between there mess and mud that they tracked throughout our home. Definitely would not recommend.
