We recently used Provincial Movers for our retail store move, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. We had many heavy pieces of high-end custom cabinetry, store furnishings, and all our inventory to move. They were scheduled to send 4 men with one large truck, but 2 trucks showed up with 5 men. They started early, finished by mid-afternoon, and the final price was only slightly higher than the original estimate. Everything arrived at its new location in perfect condition, and the movers placed everything exactly as directed. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.

Provincial Movers did an outstanding job for us. They were incredibly professional throughout the entire move. A friend who has used them multiple times recommended them to me. Their communication before and after the move was excellent. They arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the move. I highly recommend their services!

The movers were punctual, fast, professional, and friendly. They alleviated all the stress of moving and handled fragile items with care. 10/10 would recommend!

From the estimate to the day of the move, everything went smoothly. They were on time, finished sooner than planned, and the movers were fantastic. They went above and beyond to ensure that my mom and I were satisfied with the move and took excellent care of our belongings.

This was the smoothest moving experience I could have asked for. The customer service was exceptional from getting a quote to the final billing. The loaders, drivers, and unloaders were nice, professional, communicative, and efficient. I will be using them for all of my future moves!

Worst service! I cannot believe the way they speak to people. They run their business under several different names... ruined and broken items, delayed times, unbelievably rude staff and missing items.

just like everyone else this company sucks Moved from Ontario to Edmonton our stuff was going to be in Edmonton we ask to have our stuff here by August 19th did not see that for a month Then when our stuff did get here a lot of it was broken or scratch and all they want to do is give us 200$ for the damage goods, NOT don’t trust this company all they want is your money and they don’t care about the customer so please boycott them

Moved from halifax to alberta. Took nearly 9 weeks, as always held up for extra charges. They tried to charge an extra 900#, i had copies of the weigh scale tickets. After they have your stuff, you will have no idea where it is(gps trackers needed with this lot. Stacked in a hi-cube container nearly every box crushed(shock sensors also needed). There quote promised wrapping all furniture, and matresses. All the furniture was scratched, damaged etc..... numerous corporate names, (action, national, do your research) address for corporate office was side of a highway. avoid this lot like the plague.......

We used this company, based in Ontario, to move from BC to Alberta. We booked this company for a move on Sept 30th and paid our $100.00 deposit. On Sept 28th I called to confirm the day and time and was told that it was too early to confirm, but yes we were scheduled for the 30th and that they would call on the 29th to give us a time. No call on the 29th was ever received, so on the morning of the move I called and was given the name of the driver who was to be moving our goods. He said that he was in Saskatchewan, heading to Calgary, and there was no way he could be in Kamloops for our move. I called the moving company again and explained this to the lady on the phone and was told "why are you getting mad at me?" She then had the manager call and tell us that the pick up originally scheduled was a 'no go' for that day, but they would send a truck tomorrow at 8am. 8:00 am came and went....finally at 3:30pm the movers arrived. The 2 men who moved us were pleasant.They were from another moving company. He explained that Provincial was not able to complete the move so the contract was sold to Mid West movers. I would not recommend Provincial, based out Ontario, for your moving needs. Please beware! I am not sure what is up with this company, but customer service is not their priority.

The young men that arrived to help us with our move were fantastic. They worked extremely hard and deserve every penny they are paid. They even went over and above. At the end of the day on a Friday when they were extremely tired they re-positioned the television for us. They were extremely courteous and very pleasant people. What a fantastic team!
